About Diet Hound
Diet Hound is designed be a comprehensive resource for diet information and discussion.
The goal is to collect as much information about as many diets as possible. Each diet is given its own page here. Diet pages can be added by anyone. Also, existing diet pages can be edited and improved by anyone.
Comments can be added to the bottom of any diet page. We want to know what real people think about these diets.
This site needs your help to improve the information we have here. You are encouraged to add comments, make edits, add pages, and participate in our forum.
Hopefully, the information provided here will be helpful to you. If you choose to contribute, you will gain satisfaction and prestige for being part of this project.
Abuse
Unfortunately, it is inevitable that some people will choose to vandalise the information on this site. As such, there is a built-in way to restore diet pages if needed (from the [history] page of a diet you can "view" a previous revision, then restore it). Over time, we will likely add more ways to combat this sort of problem.
