Xenadrine EFX

Summary

Xenadrine EFX is an ephedra-free fat-burner diet pill, the successor to Xenadrine RFA-1.

Description

Xenadrine EFX is a "thermogenic" over-the-counter diet pill made by Cytodyne Technologies (makers of the Ephedra-based Xenadrine RFA-1). It has a mixture of natural ingredients that provide a stimulant effect which suppresses appetite and increases your metabolism (thermogenic) so that you burn more calories.

The active ingredients of Xenadrine EFX are: Tyroplex, Green Tea Extract, Seropro, Yerba Mate, Guarana, Calcium Tribasic, dl-Methionine, L-Theanine, Ginger Root, Isotherm, DMAE, and Grape Seed Extract.

History

Xenadrine EFX is made by Cytodyne Technologies who used to sell the Ephedra-based Xenadrine RFA-1. Thus, Xenadrine EFX is seen as the successor to Xenadrine RFA-1.

Criticism

Stimulant-based weight-loss supplements tend to provide only short-term weight loss.

Stimulants increase your heart rate and blood pressure, which can lead to serious health problems or some annoying side-effects like insomnia, nervousness, and irritability.

I've tried this pill. It was very effective. I probably lost 25lbs in the course of 6 months. But, it IS short lived. After a while your body gets used to it, and they stop working. =[
