Description
Clobenzorex is a stimulant-based appetite suppressant. Like other stimulants, you feel less hunger while on the drug, so you eat less.
Clobenzorex was marketed in the 1970s, but after from problems with side-effects, it ended up banned. Also, it was being used by some athletes to improve performance (improved reaction times, less fatigue, etc.). Among baseball players, it was called "greenies" (a reference to the color of the pill as it was sold (named "Asenlix").
As well as Asenlix, Clobenzorex is also sold under the names Finedal and Rexigen.
Clobenzorex is chemically related to phenethylamine and is considered an amphetamine.
