Description
There is a substance in foods called lectins...they make the blood sticky, if the foods eaten, are harmful to a certain blood type. For instance, I am a Type O blood type, wheat and corn products are harmful to me, they will interfere with insulin in my body, make me gain weight. This is but one example. Type O's have a naturally slower metabolism, thyroid problems and eating a certain type food will harm the O's. Doesn't this make sense...when they talk of hereditary health issues?

I have no criticism. My sister's doctor recommended the diet...he himself lost and maintained his weight following the diet program.
