Hydroxycut

Summary

With Hydroxycut you'll lose up to 4.5 times the weight than diet and exercise alone!

Description

Hydroxycut has a unique combination of these key ingredients: Garcinia Cambogia, Green Tea and
Gymnema sylvestre.

Garcinia Cambogia - an herb from India's Ayurvedic medicine. It keeps blood sugar levels normalized.

Green Tea - Has both the thermogenic qualities of caffeine and healthy antioxidants.

Gymnema sylvestre - another herb from southern India. It also keeps blood sugar levels at optimal levels.

Together, these combine to burn calories, increase your energy and control your appetite. Thus, allowing you to lose weight, keep it off, and feel better in the process.

There are a few different versions of Hydroxycut. Originally, this product contained Ephedra. But since Ephedra was banned, new formulas have come out. There are also version of Hydroxycut targeted for women and men. Plus "Hardcore" which is more for body-building.

History

Eight week studies were done twice. In each group, people did thirty minutes of moderate cardio-vascular exercise, five times a week. A diet of two thousand calories per day was also followed. Some of the people in the group used the primary ingredients of Hydroxycut. These people, on average, lost more weight than the people who did not. The difference was up to 4.5 more!

Criticism

Hydroxycut is now being recalled by the US FDA (Food and Drug dministration) because it has been linked to liver damage and death.

more piles of crap. Let's see if this really worked wouldn't you think a REAL doctor
(with loads of degrees and letters after their names) instead of a "resident" who is probably just trying to pay off his student loans. I would like to see the credentials of this so called "resident" what school, what residency program, what type of practice
but NO they don't want to say that.

I'm going to quit this stuff. It's $20 for a ten-day supply and it makes me SO jittery. The bottle says, "Don't take within 5 hours of bedtime." Five hours? I took my evening meal dose yesterday at 5:05 p.m., went to bed at 11:30, (6:25 later; should have been fine) and couldn't fall asleep until 2:30! It was ridiculous! So today, I'm an odd mix of tired from not enough sleep, jittery from the pills, and foggy-headed from who-knows-what. I may have lost a few pounds, sure, but it isn't worth the side effects. I'm going to Whole Foods Market this afternoon to find something better.

I bought a bottle of the new hardcore kind but I am afraid to use it for a few reasons. One I take birth control and I am not sure if will mess up the way they work. Two if I do use it, will it make me sick and the last reason is if it works and I go off of it. (I do not want to keep using it) will I gain that weight back?
So I sit and I look at the red pills.

If you take pills hydroxycut could possibly mess with your birth control. Any other kind and you will be fine. I have lost 30 pounds with Hydroxycut Hardcore. (with a sensible diet and excercise. I eat 4 or 5 small meals throughout the day)
