Description
Food Consumption: -Ingest edibles that have not been killed. --for example: nuts and berries -Take time to really chew your food, for you are consuming pure energy or "life force". --don't "they" say that you're supposed to chew every bite of food 32 times? practice that...it's not a race, your portion is still your portion, and will be your portion until you've comsumed it all. -Substitute your sugars. --instead of killing and refining a whole cane plant, switch to honey or pure maple syrup, (a pure liquid "life force"). -Always choose organic. --yes, it's more expensive...but your total food bill will be far less than what it is right now, if you choose to really live like you're alive. Not too mention that organic produce just tastes and feels more alive. (be aware of the ever-changing organic labeling laws, however....bastards) -Learn to listen to your body. --nobody knows your `body like you do. learn to listen to your natural rythyms/cycles/heartbeat...move to your own personal inner symphony.
