Today is my 3rd day on Leptitrex. I weigh every morning and was down 4 pounds this morning! I am drinking more water though, so it could be from that too. I haven't had any side effects yet that I know of and it doesn't make me jittery. I even take them as late as 6pm somedays. I have a weird schedule and some days that when my lunch is. I do seem to feel full more and am not having any cravings like I used too. Please do keep me posted Ally and I will do the same. Good luck! |

Roxy- Leptitrex site does NOT say it was featured on Oprah's show. It DID say that the ingredients in Liptitrex were featured on the show. Which is true. The super foods were talked about in a show, which are in Leptitrex. I am getting so sick of ppl saying it was on Oprah and is a scam! If only ppl would read things a little more s.....l....o...w......e.....r! |

“After seeing the compounds in Leptitrex being featured on my favorite daytime television show I stocked up and have lost 29 pounds in 3 months. That may not seem like a ton of weight to many people but I only had 25 pounds to lose to get back to my college weight. I’m 37 years old, mother of 3, and skinnier now than I was in COLLEGE! My skin GLOWS and my girlfriends envy me. Leptitrex is the best diet supplement I have ever tried and I love that its actually healthy for you! – Tara C.
I copied this from their site. NOTE* It says COMPOUNDS IN LEPTITREX, NOT that Leptitrex itself was on her favorite daytime tv show, which is Oprah. Hope this clears it up for everyone.

But I have noticed if I eat a lil too much I feel really nauseated. Which is a good thing since it makes me not want to eat as much as I usually do. So far I am at about 4 lbs. down, and tomorrow will be one week since I started them. I wish you the best on yours and keep me posted! |

Hey Listowlady! I have been taking Leptitrex for a week now and have not noticed any side effects beside the one of not being that hungry. With other pills I have tried in the past I would get jittery at night, and have trouble sleeping, almost like my heart was racing. But with Leptitrex I haven't noticed this yet and I even take my pills as late as 7 pm some nights. ( I eat a very late lunch ) I am down about 4 pounds since last week, and I didn't take two days of them over the weekend. I was out of town and forgot to take them with me. I hope this helps you. Good luck! |

Jamsey Girl- I have been told that you should eat a protein rich meal with the pills. One of the ingredients in Leptitrex only works with protein. So, at breakfast I try to do eggs for my protein and then at supper, grilled chicken or turkey. I also drink a lot of water. Best of luck! |

Hey jamsey- I am a stay at home mom and exercise seems impossible to me too sometimes! I have lost about 4 pounds in 5 days since I didn't take them over the weeked. I was out of town visiting my mother and forgot to take them with me. I am kicking myself in the butt for that now! When my daughter was younger I found that if I incorporated her into my exercising I got a lot more done. When I would do my pilates with my circle I would make her something similar to let her do it with me. She really thought she was something then! And I always felt like if I missed a day or got off track with my plan, just do better the next day. We all mess up and if you're like me it's quite often! LOL Good Luck!!! |

To anyone who is taking these pills, I started about a week ago and I haven't seem to have lost any pounds yet, I'm finding it a little discouraging. Maybe I'm losing fat and don't know it, it just seems that if your losing fat, you should be losing pounds. I haven't been eating alot of protein, could that be it. I have an apple for breakfast and a salad for lunch. Do you have to lay off the carbs, meaning pasta? I don't see anywhere where they tell you what to eat when your taking these pills. Please, someone tell me what I'm doing wrong. |

I do know that you're suppose to eat 30 mins after you take the pills. Waiting any longer can affect your results. Also on the Leptitrex site it says you should eat a protein rich meal but it doesn't say which proteins you should eat. So, I just try to eat the lean ones like I mentioned before. If you follow it how you should, then you should see some results, unless you are eating waaaaay wrong. Which a lot of people think that they can eat whatever and still lose weight. Pills are meant to help with the process, not to do all the work for you. |

That's a good question Roxy, because I took the pills this morning and waited a half hour then I had a hard boiled egg, but I wanted to eat an apple around 10:30 am and I don't know if I'm allowed to eat in between taking the pills. It doesn't tell you anything about how your suppose to be eating. |

My wife and I are not seeing the results from Leptitrex that we had hoped for. After a week of taking this,as directed, no noticable results, which is disappointing considering we take with protiens and low carbs, 30 min. after. She hasn't lost even one pound while I have only lost about two. Were not giving up on this yet, but at $60 per bottle, we are a bit bummed. |

LOL Roxy- I think it's working for me because I have A LOT of weight to lose. Anytime I do any type of diet program I do lose faster in the first week. This week, not so hot. And I totally agree with everyone else about the instructions. I had to do a lot of researching to find out what I know. And that's too much work when you're paying 60 bucks a bottle! I would eat a snack whenever I wanted. I didn't just eat after I took the pills. Who can do that? Not me! I am gonna keep on keepin' on though even if I don't lose any this week. Like we all know, it sucks to just give up on 60 bucks. |

Leptitrex... is the one with all the different benefits such as.... losing FAT, Detoxing your body, helps with acne, makes you feel good, suppresses appetite and builds lean muscle.
Where as, Lipitrex icncrease your metabolism, increases your energy levels, decreases or "blocks" amount of fat and carbs you consume, and suppresses appetite.
I would definititly choose Leptitrex, because not only for its ingredients and effects, but because Lipitrex uses CLA as its fat burner. CLA does help in fat loss but isn't as powerful as what Leptitrex uses, which isn't just one ingredient. Those ingredients combined with protein can enhance fat loss.
NOW, to my question.
I am about to start on Leptitrex on monday... I was wondering if it was okay, or hazardous if I also took the PM supplement of Liponesta... Has anyone heard of it?
I was wondering this, because I have horrible sleeping patterns and since you are only using Leptitrex in the morning and afternoon.... and then Liponesta is only made for evenings... is that possible?
Any feedback would be nice. |

To Roxy, I have always had problems with IBS but since I have started taking these I have noticed that it is happening more frequent. I would guess that it is the detoxing factor of the pill doing this. It will get better because mine slowed down now. To cinlew: I had a baby 9 months ago and after the baby (40lbs of gained weight) I lost all but 10 but since then I have gained 20 of it back. I am so discouraged with this because I have never been this size. If you or anyone else find a routine that works please post it so I and everyone else might can give it a try. Hi all! I've been taking Leptitrex for 3 weeks now. I have not even lost one pound! I have, however, lost 1-1/2 inches from my chest, 1-1/2 inches from my waist and an inch from my hips!
I don't understand how you can lose fat without lost a pound of weight though? I am going to try eating more proteins for my meals as suggested in earlier posts. I've been eating a small bowl of cereal (Special K) in the morning and a salad or Lean Cuisine for lunch. I have found that I don't eat as much with the pills.
I'm disappointed with the pills as far as not having lost any weight, but since I've lost inches I'm going to keep taking the pills and see what happens. |

It makes sense to me that you won't neccessarily see a drop in weight (on the scales) if you are replacing fat with lean muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat and these pills are suppose to do just that from what I've read. It's just my opinion and I could be wrong:) I haven't tried the pills yet as I'm still waiting for them, but i'll let you all know how they do for me. |

Hi all, So far *knock on wood*, I am thrilled with Leptitrex, over the last few years I've lost 70 pounds on my own, then about a year ago I hit 170 and I have not budged past that point since, no matter what I did. My friend is a fitness instructor and he even gave me a workout to "shock" my body into losing, we both thought my body had just become accustomed to my workouts and eating habits. Even that didn't work. Well, I have been on Leptitrex for one week, and I have lost 2 pounds. Its not a lot, but I am at 168. One week of taking Leptitex did something I have no been able to do on my own for the last year. I'm hoping this is a sign for good things to come and I will continue losing. Even if its a pound a week, I don't care, at least the scale is finally moving again. I do make sure that I take my three pills with at least 16 to 20 ounces of water and when I eat 30 minutes later, it is protein only. If its and egg, protein shake or protein bar, I make sure it is high in protein. Then I eat dinner as normal. So I am optimistic:) Good Luck everyone! |

Gala,Great to hear that I'm not the only one. It's a bum that you haven't lost weight. Now, I have also chosen to be on nutrisystem, so that might be contributing to the weight loss I am seeing. Also, I think I'm going through withdrawals of not having any Dr. Pepper... or salt. I've completely eliminated pop and add salt.
What are you eating and are you getting enough sleep and water? How often are you eating? You should be eating obviously good foods like vegetables, fruits, good fats, protein especially and drinking TONS of water.
Sleep is necessary for weight loss, so devote 8 hours at minimum. And you shouldn't go without eating for more than 3 hours, which means eating SMALL portions 5-6 times a day.
I don't know if this helped but do you also got the email about the foods that will be good for Leptitrex? |

I thought I was the only one feeling that burn after I take the pills. It usually starts up right after I take the pills and last maybe 10-15 mins afterwards. The morning one I don't mind because after the burn, I'm not hungry anymore, but when I take the second dose before lunch, within 15 mins I get really shakey like I'm starving and just about to faint. Is this just me? |

Umm.... Well... For me Anon... The morning one is the worst... I feel really nauseated in the morning from the pills. The lunch one isn't as bad, but I don't get shakey or starving... but I do get hot flashes. If I'm doing something. |

Well, I took my first pills this morning and I'm very energetic! I think two pills would be plenty for me at one time. I,too felt very sick before breakfast and then a little bit warmer than usual. I'm not jittery, but close to it! Just thought I would pass that on:) |

Thanks so much Kayos! I will check the site out. I will probably do a version of the South Beach diet - no carbs - lots of pretein and greens. My goal is to lose approximately 10-15 pounds MAGS. I am still waiting for my pills to arrive. |

Hello all-
I just started on this product about 10 days ago. I think I've lost some weight, but can't say for certain yet as I increased my workouts recently. (But I work out pretty regularly anyway.) However, I'm feeling the same burning sensation when I take the pills. I'm concerned this could be something damaging. It's been brought up earlier but doesn't seem to be addressed fully in this blog. Are there others that are feeling this sensation?
Thanks for your input... |

I think it has something to do with the detox ingredients. I've detoxed before, not on these pills, by using another product specifically for detoxing, and that's exactly what I felt. However, if you are really concerned then contact them. |

Roxy- I stopped taking the pills after about 5 days. I did loose about 3 pounds all together but I think that was mostly from cutting my calories and drinking A LOT of water. I got to where I could not stand the burning sensation I got after taking them that lasted a while. It almost felt like it was traveling down to my heart which scared me. I also hated the taste. I would have to get a lot of water in my mouth to take one at a time and if I let the pill sit on my tongue too long it tasted awful and started to burn. These pills may work, but nothing is going to be a magic pill and I feel so dumb for even wasting my money on them. It will be one week tomorrow since I have been on Atkins and I am down 8 lbs. ! This diet is far more better than any other I have been on! I am sending my Leptitrex back hoping for a full refund. Who needs Leptitrex when you got Atkins?! I wish you well Roxy and everyone else! |

Burning sensation is probably because of the Cayenne Pepper. If you take leptitrex with a tiny bit of food (live vegetables or wheat bread) instead of an empty stomach it totally gets rid of stomach burn. If its throat burn you are dealing with then just be sure to swollow the pills all the way.
Today is day 12 on Leptitrex and day 15 on the Bill Phillips Body For Life Diet.
Total Fat loss is 8.5 pounds. My bench press is up 25 pounds too!!
Leptitrex + Body for life works GREAT! |
