Leptitrex

Summary

Leptitrex is a diet pill with a great many ingredients that is being marketed largely by word of mouth. It claims to help you lose fat fast, detox, suppress your appetite, and build lean muscle. Plus, you get your acne eliminated and a euphoric "high" thrown in for your troubles.

Description

Leptitrex contains a mixture of vitamins (e.g. C, B12, B6, and Chromium Polynicotinate) along with a many "fat burning" (euphoric) mostly herbal components: Chocamine, Di-Caffeine Malate, Rhodiola Rosea, St. John's Wort, L-Tyrosine, Picamilon, Phenylalanine, hops, Phenylethylamine (PEA), Synephrine, Ginkgo, Siberian Ginseng, Ginger, 5-HTP, and Vinpocetine.

Then, there are the "10 super foods" ingredients: Barley, Garlic, Cayenne, Buckwheat, Soybeans, Flaxseed, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Wheatgrass, Acai, and alfalfa.

Next, there are the ingredients to give you lean muscles: L-Glutamine, Creatine Monohydrate, L-Arginine, Avena Sativa, Mucuna Pruniens, Ipriflavone, Ecdysterone, and Coleus.

The detox ingredients are: dandelion root, milk thistle, licorice, cranberry, uva ursi, and sage. The anti-agine ingredients: green tea, DMAE, acetyl-L-Carnitine, and alpha lipoic acid.

Whew, that's lots of ingredients! Leptitrex calls each group a "matrix".

The vitamins prevent your body from being deficient while also promoting the proper conditions ("fat burning atmosphere") for the fat burner ingredients to do their stuff. The fat burning ingredients are various stimulants and other herbal substances that have been associated with weight-loss.

Notably, phenylethylamine is a fairly new ingredient that Leptitrex that many other diet pills don't have. It is extracted from chocolate, believe it or not. The euphoric "love" feeling these pills may give you comes from this. You may have heard that chocolate makes you feel like you're in love, well the belief here is that phenylethylamine is the source of this. This also promotes weight-loss, without all the calories and fat from actually eating chocolate.

The "10 superfoods" come from Dr. Nicholas Perricone who was on Oprah. His wife has been very successful at marketing Orovo. Leptitrex is clearly an immitator, of sorts. Though Leptitrex is also doing it's own thing with many other ingredients.

Note that there is also a product named "Lipitrex" (which doesn't have a 't' in the middle), but it is not the same as Leptitrex.

Criticism

With so many ingredients and only very trace amounts of each in the pill, Leptitrex is clearly a buck-shot approach that may be spreading itself too thin trying to cover every possible angle.

Hey Everyone,

I have been taking this about 4 weeks and lost 5 lbs. I lost 5lbs right away though, I assume it was just water weight, cause you pee constantly. I am doing a high protein diet and moderate exercise and drinking tons of water. I am starting to think this was another scam. I think I am giving up on pills, I have tried them all. They all say they are so great, blah blah blah

To desperate, I have been taking Leptitrex now for alittle over a month not counting I did give up on them cuz it got annoying having to wait certain amout of time to eat... anyway, I decided to try them again, cuz during the time I wasn't taking them still eating well and exercising didn't lose nada thing... I'm 5-4, before I started Leptitrex I weighed 171.. Now I'm down 159, yes I eat well and exercise few times a week, but Leptitrex is a big booster for me. Its hard to lose weight as it is... I think.. You should continue with the pills until you finish them. That way you see what u got with them and not have to wonder "what if"!!!...... good luck and take care ya'll.

I'm thinking of taking this diet pill but I'm REALLY scared because I've never tried any other diet pill. Iw as going to try LIPOZENE but after reading what people had to say about it, I changed my mind. LEPTITREX is the only pill so far that has more good comments than bad and the bad ones are not so bad; it's just people saying that they haven't seen any results yet. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH HOW MUCH I WEIGH. I'm doing yoga but sometimes I get up in the morning and I'm just motivated to do it. I've tried starving myself but it has always has TERRIBLE and PAINFUL CONSEQUNCES. I had an anxiety attack about 2 weeks ago and I threw up non-stop because I was starving myself. People say that I look good but when you're not happy, it doesn't matter what oter have to say. So, next month, I'm gonna take a chance and try this diet pill. I HOPE IT WORKS!!!! Please, pray that it works for me.

Hey everybody! I'm trying to decide if Leptitrex would be a good purchase for me. I need to lose 20 to 25 lbs. I work out around 3 times a week and for the most part I eat pretty healthy. I've lost 30 lbs on my own, but I need a boost to lose the rest. Just need some feedback from you guys who have been using this product before I make the purchase. I'm also having some concerns about putting my credit card/debit card info out there for the purchase. Is it safe? Thank you!!

Alomost everyday some days I might only run one time. I eat healther not completly but i stay away from sugar and high in fat snacks. I do sometime wonder if im losing the weight because im exercising more or if it because the pills are helping me. I asked myself if I stopped taking the pills and kept exercising and watched what I ate would I keep losing weight as quick. I do feel less hungry so I know the pills are doing something but im not geting as much of a energy boast like i was the first couple of days. I been forcing myself to run. Is anybody feeling the same way?????Augie I didnt have any problems with using my debt card they charged me what they said they would and i recieved my pills in 3 days.

Hello everyone :) I just came across this noteboard yesterday while I was fdoing some research on Leptitrex. I'm so glad I found it, I know having a good support system is a key to losing weight. I ordered my Leptitrex yesterday from the website, I'm anxious to try it. I've heard mixed things, but the good seems to outweight the worse. I hope to get some results with this product, I've tried so many other things, I'm hoping to get relief with this one. Would love to hear more stories about people's journeys on here! Good luck to all!

I started Leptitrex on Saturday. I can tell a HUGE difference in my energy. I love how energetic I am. My appetite is definitely somewhat suppressed. Today is Monday and no weight loss yet (I know, too soon). But I noticed this burning sensation that I think everyone is referring to and I think it is a burning/painful sensation. Actually, I think it hurts pretty bad. But like all the others say, it passes when you eat. I do like my energy level though.

I will keep you guys updated.

To Crissy-Jay: I think your results are cool if you can see more of a toned look in your legs!!!!You don't sound over weight to me at all 5'1 125. It might be a little harder for you to loose weight fast because your so tiny (to me at least) my mom's 5'2 135 she looks good but wants to loose weight from her stomach she has a AB Dooer or whatever its called. The blue chair thing that you sit in and do crunches.....anyways that thing really works for her she hasnt lost any weight for some reason but her stomach looks so much flatter. the smaller you are the harder it is to lose weight is what I heard. Im 5'7 187 im a size 14 I would like to drop down to 160 and be a size 10. I like to have a fuller figure ( big butt, big boobs) I just want a flatter stomach and toned thighs and so far this pills been working good. I'll keep yall posted....good luck 2 everybody

Hey everyone,
Just started on Lepitrex today and I'm already experiencing the detox side-effects: peeing a lot, oily skin and I got a nice pimple on my chin! This is common when my body is detoxing so I will just wait it out as I know as soon as I'm cleaned out, I will feel a lot better!
I've been on a strict no sugar and no caffeine diet for several years now so the green tea is making me slightly jittery, however my heart rate is staying normal so I'm not worried. I am only taking 1 pill at a time to ensure my body doesn't have a huge shock reaction. I was wondering if anyone else here has blood sugar issues and if so, how did your body handle Lepitrex? The chromium is great for blood sugar but caffeine is not...
Definitely have a lot more energy. I've been exhausted lately and now I'm actually contemplating a hike after work! The "Euphoria" feeling occured after I took the first dose this morning, but I didn't feel it at lunchtime. I do feel a bit high but am perfectly functional.
As far as the burning everyone is talking about: that is defintely from the cayenne. It is a stomach irritant and everyone's body respoonds to it differently. Take TWO FULL GLASSES OF WATER with the pill, one will not be enough. That should help.

I am hoping these pills will start the loss again. i already eat pretty healthy because of the low fat diet - i just hope i am not one of the people who have NO weight loss as i am sick of trying and getting no where!

Hi everyone...I've lost a total of 19 pounds and several inches on Leptitrex but seem to be at a stand still right now. I think I'm going to kick up the water intake and the protein a little more and see if that helps. I'm not a real fan of exercising (I hate to sweat) but I do have the eliptical sitting in my room staring me in the face if I do not see any more results soon. I started my third bottle of Leptitrex a week and a half ago (sometimes forget to take the pills on the weekends) and I'll probably order more when they are gone. I still have about 25 more pounds I would like to lose.

Reminder:

To those of you who are very focused on losing pounds... this product is not necessarily going to make your numbers drop. It replaces fat with muscle, which actually weighs more than fat does. So don't pay too much attention to the scale, as it is not a good indicator of whether or not the pills working. It's all about how yourclothes fit and your body shape. Many people who see weight loss the first week or two are losing water weight and bloating (have you noticed how much you pee while on this stuff?)which is due to the sugar, salt, and artificial chemicals in our food. If after a few weeks, you noticed that your scale is no longer showing dwindling numbers, it doesn't necessarily mean that the Lepitrex has stopped working. Actual weight isn't a very good indicator of health. there are plenty of people who are thin and have things like high blood pressure and chol. And there are many larger people who will always stay large, but they are very active and eat right so they live long happy lives. Being healthy means a good ratio of fat to muscle. Break out the tape measurers! And stop and think about whether you FEEL healthy or not.

was wandering - i assume this pill does still make you lose weight as well as turning fat to muscle as so many people have reported weight loss. What happens when you stop taking this pill? has anyone stopped it and maintained their low weight? does the muscle then turn back to fat?
how do we actually lose the weight - is it through the toilet??! my pills will take up to 14 days to arrive in the UK but i really want to get started. I hope it is the kick start i need to carry on losing weight that seems to have halted on my low fat diet.

I have been taking this for a month and I just did some research on the ingredients and there are three key ingredients that say you are a higher risk for heart attack, stroke or even death. Now I am nervous to keep taking these pills. Has anyone else realized this, or reserached the ingredients?

Deni:
Since I have only started this week a lot of this is assumption; but I have studied health and the human body for quite a long time, and have had to rely solely on natural remedies my entire life so I am an "unofficial" expert. I am the person people go to when they have a health problem and can't handle prescription medications.
An understandable fear is that when you stop taking these pills, the pounds will come back. Think of it similar to excercise - If you stop working out, after enough time you will bein to see muscle softening again. If you stop a diet, eventually the weight lost will be returned. I don't think anyone has been on this product long enough to see what happens when you use it long-term and then suddenly stop.
However, consider the fact that Lepitrex builds lean muscle. And the fact is, the more lean muscle you have, the easier it is to keep weight off. Lean muscle actually increases your metabolism significantly and takes much longer to lose than bulk muscle. So it is reasonable to expect that if you do stop taking the product, you will be able to stay in shape if you continue to eat well and excercise several times a week. I know a lot of people don't have the time to get in a good workout every day. But the truth is, it's what you have to do to stay healthy. Early humans didn't have things like cars. Early humans did not sit at a desk all day. The human body is built to rely on consistent physical activity and the right balance of nutrients. It may not be fair, but that is the card we have been dealt. Genetics plays a big role too; if the rest of your family has big hips, then you are also
stuck with them. However, if those hips are mostly muscle and not fat, then there is nothing wrong with being built that way. As I said earlier, health is not measured by numbers. It's how you take care of yourself.
What Lepitrex does is cause your body to burn fat off before anything else. It also keeps complex carbohydrates from turning into fat. This is why you have a lot of energy and will get thinner even though there may not be a drop in weight. It provides many nutrients you need while keeping your metabolism up, and prevents muscle loss.
Lepitrex does have a detox effect. There is a point to this. Without a clean liver, you are unable to process fats and sugars properly. So first, it must be cleansed. Lepitrex does this. But don't be scared; most of the side-effects are barely noticeable and once it's over you feel like an entirely new person. Seriously. You wouldn't believe how much your mood, energy level, and outlook on life will change. Detoxing feels different to each person. There is no fixed routine that occurs. For me, I've been peeing a lot. Not much of a sacrifice if you ask me; I haven't had this much energy since I was a kid!
Due to some health issues I was unable to excercise properly for years, and so the great body I had at 16 was gone by the time I got into college. Lepitrex is helping me significantly with this, as I now have the metabolism I am supposed to have despite the fact that I don't work out very much. And now that my body is healing, I'm looking forward to heading back to the gym soon.
There is no "magic pill." A healthy body requires effort. But considering how different I feel after just 2 days, Lepitrex is as close to a mangic pill as there is. I wish you good luck!

posted 25-Jul-2008 5:28pm

hi deni,

i thought the same thing about the ingredients being natural. i was typing in is leptitrex safe for you and there was this website saying the stuff about heart attack and stroke (here it is i copied the article from the website)Leptitrex contains ingredients that can suppress the appetite. It is hard to say that you will lose only body fat and increase muscle mass as their website claims. It states your metabolic rate will remain high and that you will have permanent results. Unfortunately, no product can guarantee permanent results. The formulations that contain ingredients with stimulant properties, such as in this formula, both phenylethylamine, chocoamine and caffeine seem to increase the risk of hypertension and adverse cardiovascular effects (stroke, heart attack, and sometimes death). It can lead to anxiety, jitteriness, and insomnia.

Hi all,

Well I did order my second bottle and started that yesterday. I lost 5 pounds within the first few days and nothing more. I am willing to give it one more change by taking another month supply. I am easting lots of protein and drinking only water, or an occasional glass of crystal light. I am 147 pounds hoping to get back to 120 where I belong. After the baby I am having a hard time losing weight and I never had the problem in the past. I have tried many otc pills recently and nothing, so atleast this one I lost 5lbs. I am not working out that much, I just don't have the time, so I am wondering if this is why the pill isn't working so great. I am still a bit nervous about the website referring to heart attack and stroke. For years in the past I took xenadrine, it worked great until the FDA took it off the market because people were dying and having heart attack and stroke beacuse of the effedra in it. I tried taking them after they took the effedrin out and of course they didn't work anymore. So I am a bit nervouse since this isn't appropved by the fda about the heart attack and stroke.Does this bother anyone else?

I'm on my third month of Leptitrex and I plan on reordering before I run out. I have gotten back into 6 pairs of jeans that I haven't worn in 3 years. I got my first bottle this afternoon and took the recommended doses before my first 2 meals. And truly, after I took them I felt great. Energized and motivated. And I weighed myself a few minutes ago and I'm down 1/2 lb. already. That's just after one day. I didn't experience any side affects whatsoever. I know everyone's different and results are never the same between one person to the next. But I would recommend it. I'll try to update in a week and we'll see if the good progress continues. That's exactly right. I didn't see the scale move at all for the first few weeks but lost inches during that time. Don't get so caught up in what the scale says, I know it's hard. You should be concentrating on how you feel...in your clothes and in general.

Roxy - that is great loss - did you do anything other than the pills and eat more protein?

I understand that the scale may not move because of the muscle thing - however i thought that was temporary and then the scales move too? when i tried a diet once the scales didnt move infact they went up! and i was really frustrated the consultant said it was water and not fat and that suddenly the weight would come off. I am impatient though so didnt keep it up as i was scarred of gaining more weight. Surely you cant stay at the same weight and just get slimmer - you must lose weight at some point?

I still have more weight I would like to lose.

THEN LUNCH I WOULD EAT ANYTHING THAT HAD TO HAVE SOME SORT OF PROTIEN AND FIBER AND SNACK THE REST OF DAY WOULDN'T BE HUNGERY SO MUCH.... NATI, HOPFULLY IT DOESN'T GET WORST!.. I HAVE TO SAY BEEN OFF THE PILLS FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND STILL MANTAINED MY WEIGHT.. MY APPETITE IS THE SAME.. BUT I DO FEEL ALITTLE DEPENDENT ON THE PILLS... LIKE I WOULD NEED TO TAKE THEM TO LOSE WEIGHT.. ITS REALLY HARD TO LOSE WEIGHT FOR ME ALONE EVEN EXCERSISNG AND EATING RIGHT... THE PILLS HELPED ME OUT A LOT.. SO I'M FOR SURE GONNA ORDER SOME MORE

Augie, for the protein, just make sure you are eating .5 to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. That is ideal. You may need to get a protein supplement. BSN lean dessert is really good.

Update: I have been taking this for 11 days now. My energy is still great. I am loving how productive I am being lately. As far as weight loss goes, I havent seen the scale move more than 2 lbs. I am down from 140 to 138 which could be water. Who knows. I am re-starting the weights tonight and will update in another week. I only want to lose another 5 lbs though so it may take a while.

For those of you who are worried about side-effects to your heart:
Obviously, Lepitrex is a stimulant and stimulants can put some strain on the heart if you already have a problem. That does not mean that Lepitrex is dangerous or a poison. It's no more dangerous than taking other kinds of stimualnts, such as drinking lots of coffee. If you do have a heart condition, your doctor will tell you to avoid caffeine anyway.
For what it's worth, my heart is very sensitive and so far Lepitrex has had no negative affect on it. smile
I was doing great taking the pills (definitely seeing and feeling some results) and then over the weekend I got food poisoning and had to stop. Didn't start again until yesterday. Some of the bloating came back but I don't know if that has to do with stopping the pills, the food poisoning, or a certain "female condition" I am experiencing at the moment. (Speaking of which, I should add that I am lot less bloated this month than I usually am, so this makes me very happy.) smile I wish you all luck on your Lepitrex-quest!
Random thought: I wonder if any studies have been done about the addictiveness of this product???

Diet pills do not work! You must excercise and eat correctly. People fall for this crap everytime! Remember Ephedra or Phen Phen. It help some people lose weight without working out. It also killed some people. Including a MLB baseball player for the Orioles! Is losing weight this way worth it? Get your fat butt in the gym and stop eating fatty foods! Take suppliments, not weight loss drugs. Plenty of agenecies are frowning on this drug. The same way they were on Ephendren. Who will be the first to die from this stuff? Maybe one of you guys!

To the person above me: before you start making stupid assumptions, get your facts straight! Most people on here ARE exercising AND following some kind of diet! Just because a person is using a diet pill to help them reach their weight loss goal, it does not make them FAT! As for the so called "agencies" frowning on this drug, name a few! Stay off this comment page and take your negative attitude elsewhere!!

I have been on many diets and was successful losing weight, but I never was able to remain on the diets I chose long enough to have any long term benefits. Being a stubborn 'cuss, I always tried to do it on my own and refused to try diet pills.
Finally however, I had enough, and so decided to try Leptitrex. I read more positive than negative claims regarding this product which is why I chose it over the myriad of others out there. I began using the pills in April of this year (2008).
First off you need to understand that I decided not to weigh myself while on this diet. I have learned that weighing yourself can result in disappointment, if one does not achieve some (usually unrealistic) goal when you hop on the scale. Since I fully realize that I can go astray if I feel that I did not lose enough pounds at any given time, I decided to ban scales in my apartment. So, since we do not walk around with scales attached to our feet to serve as constant reminders of our successes and failures, I decided to use the next most obvious measure, my clothes.
In the first week of April 2008, I was on the last notch of a severely tight 5 notch belt. If I had not started a diet, I would have had to either buy a larger belt or poke a hole at the very end of the old one to get some relief. When I started the Leptitrex, I found that within a few days, the straining was gone and within two weeks, I was close to tightening the belt by one notch, as my pants were starting to loosen. I then thought about other diets I have been on (lo-carb, lo-fat, lo-cal, no-life) and belived that based on past experience, maybe I would reach the 5th and final notch on my belt by the end of October 2008, which would have been a very good thing. I am here to report that on 8/2/08, I have just tightened my belt to the 5th notch. Now I will have to buy a new belt soon to keep my pants from falling down!
What is important to remember here is that I did very minimal changes to my overall diet. I wanted to make some effort to cut back on all sweets, but as a "transition" food I started to eat alot of nut mix, including one mix that had chocolate and peanut butter chips in it. I also was eating Italian Ice, though low in fat, it is a disaster to a carb diet. Despite eating these items, I was still losing weight, and what is most important of all is that I soon stopped buying and eating the nut/chocolate mix! This was not a concious choice to deprive myself of something but just happened naturally. I did not even realize it for some time since I did not miss it or have an urge for it! I still however treat myself to an Italian Ice and feel no guilt, and will enjoy a steak, a pizzaburger, even an Italian Hot Dog without the slightest thought that I was doing something wrong, or that I would have a binge attack once I at these traditionally non-diet items.
I also discovered that I am starting to develop portion control which is something I never have been able to do. Sure I'll go on a Lo-carb diet, but it is not natural to eat a 6 egg cheese omelete with a pound of bacon, and "brag" how you are doing good on a diet. I am now making 6 inch roast beef subs and actually only eating half of it and saving the rest for later. In my rather careless recent past, it was not beyond me from wolfing down a 12 inch sub only to follow up with a full meal an hour or so later.

And I have to admit that certain "drives" have been making a reappearance, if you get my meaning!

So there you have it, when I stumbled on this site I thought I would share some of my thoughts with you. I have never felt more confident in a diet that I am one as I do right now. Sure I did well on other diets, but there was always a dark corner in my mind where something would gnaw away at my confidence. I had more fear concerning, when I was going to fall off the diet wagon, than I did enjoying the actual weight loss, now however I have confidence andthat fear has melted away.

gusmahler - Congratulations! And, thank you so much for your sharing your story. One thing that really caught my attention is where you mentioned that you were starting to develop portion control. This has also been a very important factor in my experience with Leptitrex. I believe it has helped me to realize what a real portion size is. Now when I go out to eat I look around at what everyone is being served and what they are eating and I think, "Geez, no wonder I got fat!" People eating WAY too much!
I meet my mom for breakfast once a week. Instead of ordering an omelet (made with three eggs and stuffed with all kinds of stuff) with potatoes, 3 sausage links and two pieces of toast, I now order the kids meal with one scrambled egg, one sasauge link and one piece of toast and that fills me up.

I dread taking them again this morning even though I have lost about 3 lbs. and I also work out ..weight training and 20 minutes of cardio on eliptical and treadmill 3 times a week...

The only time I experienced being light headed was if I took the pills and then did not follow up with a meal....Not that I am suggesting anyone here is doing this, but I do not think it is a good idea to try short cutting the program by taking the pills and then not eating...In my case, I simply became busy and failed to eat, so did experience the light headedness...but I would always approach these things with caution, and if you have the slightest concern, consult your doctor.....

I barely had an appetite this morning so I didn't have much of a breakfast. Normally with my blood sugar it's important to get lots of protein in the morning... will be making up for it at lunch today.
I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to finally have energy again! I was getting so used to being constantly tired that I couldn't even remember what "normal" felt like. Thanks to Lepitrex, I have that back! smile

My problem is keeping motivated! I know that when I get depressed about anything, I can't lose weight no matter how much I exercise or how well I eat. But I used to train so I know I can get there again, just a matter of motivation, and HELP(i.e. a pill, drink, etc) lol - something to keep me motivated. I know that as long as I see some results, inches, weight loss, whatever, I will stay motivated and hit the gym regularly.

Keep the updates coming... I love to read them.

The website says fat loss and building lean muscle is the key being permanently thin and that is what I am after PERMANENT results. I have 30lbs to lose (my Dr. says 40) and I am looking forward to sharing my results with All Y'all. Thank you to everyone for posting you real results. I try not to weigh (although I did last night). My clothes are getting looser. I think I have lost about 3 lbs. of fat. My portion control has improved more so within the last 4 days. I dont eat anywhere NEAR as much as I used to. I am also exercising. I do weight training followed by 15 min's of HIIT about 3-4 days per week. I am trying to lose that last stubborn 10 lbs. I know it take a while but I am no hurry because I know it will happen just by how my appetite has decreased and my energy has increased. I do worry about becoming dependant on these though because of how good they make me feel. Also, at work, I am so with it that I even impress myself! smile

Hello All,

Just thought I would share the experience I've had in taking Leptitrex during the past month or so.

Although I am not overweight (as I lift weights daily and follow a high protein, low carb diet), I have been trying for the past few months to develop more muscle 'cut' and to slightly lower my overall body fat, which seemed to have stalled at 14%.

Although I won't mention the name, I tried a well known, highly rated "muscle defining/fat burning" pill, and the results were not satisfactory. A friend of mine recommended Leptitrex, and even gave me a bottle to try.

All I can say is that in my case this stuff really works, and I have only been taking 2 pills, twice a day. I was more interested in fat loss, rather than weight loss, but even so, my weight has dropped by 7 pounds. But what excites me is that my muscles are much more defined, and my overall body fat index has dropped from 14% to 11%, with absolutely no changes to my exercise or diet routine.

I have experienced zero problems taking Leptitrex, and the increase in energy is very apparent. I find Leptitrex to be an excellent product, and I would recommend it to those that are just looking for a more defined body, as well as those looking more towards actual fat and weight loss.

A good tip is to remember that Ecdysterone (which has been proven to help burn fat and build lean muscle) requires protein to work correctly, so be sure to supplement your body with plenty of protein each time you take the pills.
