You can eat brown rice, lean meats, low-fat dairy products, fruits and vegetables. But, you have to stop eating foods like bagels, pasta, bread, cereal, white rice, cookies, sweets, and cakes.

Many excellent recipes are included in the book with have no flour and sugar, yet taste delicious.

The approach is to keep things simple by just eliminating flour and sugar, the two primary food ingredients that are causing the obesity problem in America. Our culture has become addicted to sweets. This book helps you break the addiction and get on track for eating healthier while losing that extra weight.

Criticism

Giving up bread and sweets may simply be too hard for some people. Sugar is in a great majority of products sold today. While the diet sounds simple, implementing it and sticking to it is quiet a challenge.

Yes, that is the worst dieting plan ever! Divorce must be so terrible sometimes. Pretty underthings are a huge boost! I am in such an underwear rut...everything is white. Always has been, probably always will be. Maybe one day I'll buy something colored. I bought spanx last year and haven't had a chance to wear them yet.

Sadly, back to the mall tomorrow. Daughter needs shoes. I AM SO MAKING HER BUY INEXPENSIVE ONES! Her birthday is costing me too much. I ended up spending more on her dress, but by the time we found one that fit I would have paid twice as much! Whatever! I'm throwing in good semester grades gifts too.

I finished wrapping. I have a few more things coming in the mail, but most of it is done. I'm starting to feel very relaxed about Christmas.

Don't you love it when you find the perfect gift, or at least something you think is perfect and feel good about. I went to a really cute gift store this afternoon....kind of artsy and homey, folk artsy type things. I was looking for my girlfriend whose jerk husband just left her. Anyways I got 3 folk art style cream coloured tin things, that are on different heights of stands that say (in very nice curvy lettering)......PEACE, HOPE, and JOY. Then I got her this funny card that said, "Who needs men if you want stress lets go and try on bikini's". I hope it strikes her as perfect as it did me.

Then I found something for another friend as well. I have another friends parcel in the mail and I don't want to look for anyone else. I find friend presents stressful on many levels. One the cost and two just simply thinking of anything fun and interesting. I feel so stressed though when people show up with presents and you don't have anything. I think I am going to go to a couple of really nice artsy gift stores after Christmas and buy on the sales for next year.
Connie
posted 17-Dec-2009 7:42pm

Buying for friends would be stressful. I bought something for my friend that moved back only because she is so alone. If I didn't get her anything I think she would get next to nothing. Anyway, I bought her a couple of plush foam bed pillows, not the memory foam, because she loves mine. It is something she will use nightly and they were on sale half price. I was going to just get her one but got two for her. I hate it when the pillows on the bed aren't the same size, shape, etc. And of course I bought some things for the little one. But everything else has been immediate family. And that has been bad enough. Christmas is thankfully once a year!

Hilda, how are you feeling? Is the numbing going away? You are a trooper, that's for sure.

My nose is definitely getting stuffier as the day goes on. Great. Early to bed for me tonight.

Numbness gone. A little nausea, probably from the shots. My tongue keeps hitting a spot that is annoying. Not sure if it is my gum or a rough spot on the tooth. Can probably tell more tomorrow. I rented "The Ugly Truth" to take my mind off it.

I got them at Wal-mart. They were only $8.00 each, so, $16 per set. Needless to say my husband is thrilled. hehe

202 today, ouch. I have been eating too many calories obviously. Maybe I got the PMS going on, lets hope. Here's to a strong NFNS day!!

OK, so kids are home and half of them are still sleeping. They will be home until January. I told them to write down a couple things hey want to do this break. There is an ice skating rink in the next town that is unique. It has ice trails you can skate on that loop around away from the main rink. We will definitely go that this year.

Well, off to start the day. Clean me up, then the house, then get groceries.

Does anyone make quinoa? The directions say to wash quinoa before cooking, but some of it fell through my colander because the grains are so small.
Bronwyn
posted 18-Dec-2009 7:16pm

Quinoa has a bitter coating called saponin, you need to rinse it off before you cook it .... How do you wash the Quinoa without the little grains getting washed away ... I put it in my glass 8 cup pyrex measuring cup and cover it with water and then swish, swish, swish those grains around in the water. I use my fine netted sieve and put the swished quinoa into the sieve and rinse and rinse. The water should run clear. My favourite way to cook it is 1 cup quinoa to 1 cup liquid (of your choice depending on how you intend to use the quinoa).....bring to a boil and boil 3 or 4 minutes.......put the lid on turn off the burner and in half an hour you have a fluffy pot of Quinoa and no burned grains.

Kathy- I have never rinsed my quinoa before. I never saw that it needed too. I would do what Bronwyn said though. I make it just like rice, I usually cook it in chicken broth add some garlic, onion, celery or whatever strikes my fancy. I figure you can add the seasonings you would for stuffing and it would make a good substitute. I make it in my rice steamer.

Had a bad sleep night last night, so slept late this morning. There is something about my husband being out of town that makes falling asleep and staying asleep especially difficult. And he travels so much. This trip he is gone over the weekend. Well, dang! He still hasn't hooked up the outside lights, I guess I'll give it a try later today.

Today is daughters birthday. Yesterday we ended up at Payless and found her a pair of black patent leather pumps for $20. The best part is the store is right here in town so I was able to dodge the mall. Tonight is her big night out, off to the Orpheum to see The Wizard of Oz, a fancy restaurant for dinner and a night of boogie on Beale Street. She is meeting up with several friends so she will have a blast. Son has his work Christmas party and husband will be gone. Just me tonight and I am so very fine with that.

My mailbox was full of inspiration this morning. Sparks people sent me a repeat of "The Truth about Carbs." I am going to save it, but I'll post some of it after the holidays. I know we all have our hands full right now just holding our own (we are holding our own, right?) Anyway, I was hoping we could all "pick our poison" when it came to cheating. Let's not cheat all day, day after day. We can minimize the damage by choosing one or two things only to cheat with.

Then a friend sent me an email which began with "To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did." So I am starting the day going in the right direction!

K10, I had no idea quinoa could be used as a stuffing substitute. Seriously! Stuffing is one of my favorite foods. I am going to have to try that one. Along with a turkey breast in the crockpot...yum, yum, yum! Thank you so much for that suggestion.

Well, I guess I have delayed starting the housework as long as I should. Later girls.

Open the top of the pineapple rings and drain completely. Make the small package sugar free red jello using only one cup of boiling water. Pour the jello into the can. That is your mold. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. When firm, take a knife and go around the rim of the can to unmold. Two slices is a serving.

I bought a better colander for rinsing the quinoa. It's more filling for breakfast if I mix it with brown rice. ( some butter too) I like eating it with or without brown rice. It's 0 mg. sodium. Healthy. I'll make the brown rice and quinoa the night before; in winter it gives me something in the evening to do. Then in the morning I heat it up in a sauce pan with milk.

I just got back from a great weekend with my hubby. We went to Palm Springs and had some very good food, found some gifts for me for Christmas and for the girls too. I actually had Pepsi this weekend and it tasted really good. I will not go back to drinking it everyday, but it made for a nice treat for me. We went on the Palm Springs aerial tramway which takes you up to well over 8,000 feet above sea level. There was snow on the ground and it was lovely up there. We had a great lunch up there and the view was great. We did a lot of walking around this whole weekend. The downer is my hubby seems to be getting a cold. My eyes have been itching off and on and I hope I am not getting "pink eye".

Debbie: That is so great about your nephews. Praise God.

Bronwyn: Thanks for letting me know about the quinoa thing, but now I am creeped out by it.

Connie: I think it is ok to have the cake. You are planning for it and it is a special day.

The news about Brittany Murphy is such a shame. I just read she was fired from a movie in November and that her husband is called Con-Jack. I wonder if they were both on drugs or something?

Thanks for the warm welcome....We are working through some issues right now. My husband is having treatment for T-Cell PLL, which is a type of rare lymphomic leukemia. We are in the hospital on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for about 8-9 hours each day. The treatment will extend for 12-18 weeks. So far, he is doing fine. There are side effects of course but he is a strong man. We pray every day...it certainly puts things in perspective however. The lawsuit is still unsettled. The first attorney to represent the so-called non-profit organization commited suicide (do you believe that?), so they found another attorney but nobody has heard from him in about 4 months. We have no idea what is going on right now but we are sort of busy with other things, if you know what I mean. Oh Debster, I am so sorry you are having to deal with so much right now. You sound good and stable though, if there is such a thing. Ok, I know what you and Debbie are saying about your eating right now. I was there. For several years I had people (loved one's only, thank God) that nudged me and hinted to me about weight loss. I just wasn't ready. And I told them straight out that it wasn't time. Of course they didn't have any weight issues and didn't need to change their eating. But I knew I was going to have to change a lot and I recognized that I wasn't able to commit at that time. Anyway, good luck Debster with all that your doing, you and your husband will be in our prayers.

Good afternoon and Merry Christmas to you, my special friends. This morning on the instant messanger I talked my Mother into loaning me her treadmill. Its a head game. I am gearing up to work out and eat properly. I really am in the mood to reduce and FAST!
I was looking on the internet on how NOT to get bored with treadmill work outs. From the usual music to TV, DVD's and Books on tape were the other suggestions. The library also has TV on DVD for the shows I never got to watch but may have wanted to. Any suggestions? They have whole seasons to borrow.

Our Turduckhen will be done in less than an hour. Hope its good.

Hello all! I am reading all I can about the NFNS diet and am geared up to start tomorrow. I have put on about 70 pounds over the last 4 years. I was always a small size 4, so being a 16-18 is embarrassing. I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder 4 years ago and went from one med to another trying to find the right combo. Just about every med came with weight gain as a side effect. Dealing with that, having migraines, allergies, anxiety and a recent diagnosis of Fibromyalgia, has left me a hopeless emotional eater and non-exerciser.

I've managed to (finally!) get things under control and want so badly to change and become that slimmer version of myself again. I hate, hate, hate to get my picture taken and it seemed like everyone got cameras for Christmas this year. I was horrified to see myself in those photos and felt so incredibly fat being around family during the holiday.

I am a sugar addict and LOVE cookies and cake and chocolate. Deciding to go on this diet is the right thing for me to get in control of my eating again. I love all the feedback here and am making notes of what worked for people, so I can prepare my food list.

cmjcat: Welcome. I believe this way of eating will help with your emotions, it has helped with someone else on here too. Consider the pictures that were taken at Christmas are your "before" pics and you will look forward to your after photos.

I hope you find success with this way of eating. These gals are a bundle of support and I have to check on here everyday.

I wish you success with this program.

Hello all, I hope you are staying well. I think I am working on a little cold, as long as I don't end up as sick as the others in this family. On the 30th my girls and I will be going to help decorate the Rose Parade floats. We are looking forward to this special opportunity. We will then be having a group of kids at the house to celebrate New Years Eve and New Years Day. Not as big as the Halloween event, but it will be fun.

Take care ladies, I hope we can take down the decorations today.

Ahhhh, a few minutes on my own! I feel like I have spent the last three days in the kitchen. Either cooking or cleaning. I don't know about you guys, but I'm beat! Tomorrow will be a nice back to normal day...I hope!

Welcome cmjcat! I'm with Debbie, cat seems like a nice fit for your name. I am glad you have found NFNS. Everyone on here will tell you if you stick with the plan, you will have success. If you are addicted to sugar and sweets, you can really benefit. But those are hard habits to break. Be strong girl, and you will be rewarded in full.

Yep, miss ya Bronwyn. Good deal with the treadmill Debbie. I wish mine was working. Hilda, you have really had a full holiday. Sounds like you have enjoyed every minute of it. K10, I hope you stay well. I've been fighting a runny nose for a few days. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

My family bought me a KitchenAid stand mixer. Now they want homemade pasta and desserts. Oh dear! I have ate everything bad that has crossed my path. Well, today I have been pretty good, but I will not be weighing for 2 weeks. If they want fobidden foods, they are going to have to make them. I can't wait to get back on track. One more holiday to get through and then it's NFNS for the duration.

Bronwyn you are missed.

I was able to get all of my Christmas decorations down and we put our treadmill where our Christmas tree was, we must think alike Debbie.

We actually straightened out our garage a little bit too. The weather says we may get some rain/snow tonight. Hubby was going to wash our cars until we saw that.

Monday, January 4th is my starting day back on NFNS. I will also post my weight that day. I don't know how often I will weigh yet though. I may do the monthly thing, that works best for me.

I saw an infommercial today that Montel Williams is doing. It is for a Health Master emulsifier/blender-type machine. It can actually heat up and make soup from whole veggies. It makes me think of the Vita-Mix, but cheaper. I thought of you Bronwyn as they were making green drinks with whole fruits and veggies. It is 4 $49 payments and a 60 day no questions asked warranty.

Have a good night ladies.

K10, I'm so envious that your decor is put away and your treadmill is where your tree was. We have a lot of work to do tomorrow as our house has exploded in the last week! My kids need to pick up after themselves more.

Its just getting out of hand. I am not a maid.
I know I have gained weigh and I don't like it one bit. I wonder if I will ever get 50 pounds off and keep it off. Truth be told I could probably lose 75.

bye for now.

Debbie: My husband was willing to bring in the boxes so I wanted to take advantage of that. He and BIL took down the outside lights as well. The best part is, that the boxes are all back in the garage.

I know that I have gained weight. I will know exactly how much on January 4th. 2010 is going to be so much better than 2009, I can just feel it. It has to be better, this year sucked pretty bad.

It has been 11 months since our good friend went to be with the LORD. Yesterday I heard the song "There Will be a Day" by Jeremy Camp, it always makes me think of him, and I cried. I have been able to listen to it lately without crying, but yesterday it just got to me.

Have a good night. I will let you know if we get any snow tonight. I sure hope so.

I have read through a lot of the posts here, but there are so many it will take me a while. Can you guys tell me what worked best for you and what foods you found made a difference? Like foods found in the grocery store that were life savers?

Oatmeal. eggs, apples, oranges, clementines, half a banana, frozen grapes, Blue Diamond almonds with no salt, Ezekiel products from a health food store, Triscuits, Laughing Cow cheese, rice cakes, VEGETABLES, cottage cheese, tomatoes, plain yogurt, chicken, turkey, salmon, tuna, lettuce for wraps, salsa for eggs and omelets, baked sweet potato, plain popcorn, 100% blueberry pomegranate juice or another flavor to add to water to flavor it so you can drink your water, carrots,( Progresso garden vegetable soup, rinsed black beans, undrained diced tomatoes, and drained canned mixed vegetables ) to make a 4 can soup. Makes about 5 bowls to microwave when you need it, a small cooler to take your food with you to work or on a trip. This list should get you started. But you have to clean out your environment of sugar and flour. Give away the leftovers and make other family members hide their candy. No junk brought into the house is best.

Go Hilda! So much info from you.

Cat, you remind me of myself when I started NFNS. When I told my family, they laughed too. But it worked out very well for me. I also was/am taking meds that cause weight gain. NFNS plowed right through those problems. Do you have Dr Gott's book? That would be the first step. Read, read, read. Involve your brain 100% into NFNS and your body will follow. Step 2 would be to get rid of all the junk food in your house. This step is so important. When temptation comes along, you need to have healthy options only. If husband has a sweet tooth, he will have to give up the sweets too, or hide them. I have a night eating disorder. Everyone here knows the junk as to be hidden.

You can't dance around forbidden foods. You can't try to out think the plan. If you are really and truly serious about losing weight you have to give it up. Look at it like this...it will always be there in the future. It isn't going anywhere you can't get to it when you've lost the weight and are in maintenance. I think you will find your body isn't as interested in the junk food after you've been on the plan for awhile. But your brain is different. I have learned so much about nutrition and what junk food is (and believe me, it really is junk) that I look at flour and sugar as evil. They are not treats, they are punishments on your body.

The easiest way to approach NFNS is to eat the basics. Lean protein, veggies and fruit, and starches. Chicken and rice and a veggie. Or fish and potato and a veggie. You can buy NF Ezekiel products (breads) and Tinkyada NF pastas. But you will want to limit your starches for faster weight loss. We all have different views of snacking. I say leave it alone. Eat your meals, make them enough to satisfy, and no snacking as a rule. Drink lots of water. Exercise would be great.

I started out at 185ish. My lowest weight was 144. I am currently hovering around 150. I lost 40 pounds in about 6 months. I stuck to the plan and limited my calories. My craving disappeared and I drank lots of water. I WANTED THE WEIGHT OFF MORE THAN I WANTED EXTRA CALORIES. You can do this if you want too. It's not even really hard. It just takes some learning and stick to it.

I also use Splenda in my coffee and hot tea. Sugar free jello and sugar free pudding. Diet soda sparingly.

Cat: The main thing you need to do is read all labels. You will be so surprised how many things have added sugar and flour.

If you have a Trader Joe's near you they have brown rice pasta. The ingredients to it are: brown rice and water. It is a great substitute. They also have Ezekiel bread. Some places that sell Ezekiel products keep them in the refrigerator or freezer sections. Trader Joe's keeps them with the breads. Stater Bros. sells Ezekiel bread as well. Depending on how fast you eat it, which if you may want to limit your breads, you may want to keep it in the freezer and pull the pieces out as you eat them. It is all natural so it doesn't keep long if you don't keep it in the fridge or freezer.

Quinoa is another good product to have as a side dish. I cook it with chicken broth, celery, onion and garlic. I cook it in a rice cooker. You can add different herbs and spices and even add seasonings to make it taste like stuffing.

I definitely suggest the book, check it out at the library if you don't want to buy it. Heinz has a ketchup that uses Splenda instead of sugar. Make sure your peanut butter doesn't have sugar added. You can find jams that are sweetened with fruit juice. 100% juice is ok in small amounts.

Will you give us some of your information? Age, kids, region where you live. This plan works if you do it. Exercise will help too. I am going to start using my Wii fit when I start back on this in January.

I truly do feel better when I am on this plan and your cravings do subside. I am also more regular if you know what I mean? I would say if you cheat at all, it makes it harder to stay true to NFNS. The cravings come back and it makes it harder to resist. This is pretty much an all or none type thing for me. I had a much easier time when I didn't cheat at all.

Hi everyone else. I hope you all have a great day.

Busy day here. My washer played out this morning so off to Sears for a new one. It is much bigger, which I love. I didn't get one of the new top loading non agitating machines, although I know the world is embracing them again. I need to soak items more than I need to wash bedding (non agitating items) so it worked out less expensive for me. 500 for my new one and I already love it. Much quieter. So, then by the time I got it home and hooked up, dinner was pizza. I made sure to not overeat but I ended up with heart burn anyway. I haven't had that in a long, long time. Too much F & S. Tomorrow I am back on track. I feel crummy again, bloated and yucky. Great night all.

Thanks so much for all the great info and support!!!

I am from Wisconsin - BRRRRR!!! I am married with two kids. My son is 14 and my daughter is 11. I worked outside of the home for quite a few years, but left my last job about 5 years ago due to health issues - Depression mostly. I also have Fibromyalgia, which is another reason I am doing this plan. It has been shown that nutrition affects symptoms. I now do some freelance data entry work from home, which I like and makes me feel useful again.

I was always really small, size 4 even after having my kids. Once I was diagnosed with Depression and started on my journey to find the right med, is when I packed on the pounds. I have gained about 70 pounds in that time. I have been on the same meds now for about a year, so am feeling better. Then the fibro threw me for a loop. I tried to do some non-med type therapy, but ended up having to take meds for it anyway. I have been on that for about a month and it seems to help with my daily headaches and total body pain.

I have always wanted to run. I don't know why, but always wanted to. My goal is to lose the weight and build up to running, hopefully by the spring. I will have to wait and see how my body reacts to that, though. I WANT so badly to lose the weight and feel very committed.

Yesterday was my first day, and I did not eat any sugar. I did have a couple things that had flour, but they were low cal and low fat. I didn't want to go cold turkey, because I want to succeed and thought that would be too extreme. The weird thing is, when I listen to my body, I am not hungry most of the time and I didn't want any chocolate or cookies, etc... Sugar is definately the greater evil for me. I am also paying attention to portion size. If I don't, I know I will easily revert to overeating. I plan to start walking next week when my kids go back to school. It works out well to drop them off and then go walk. Since it's about 3 degrees her today (which is normal for this time), I will be mall walking with the old folks. I just turn on my ipod and jam inside my head. Anyone have a song that gets them moving???

Today is day 2 and I'm feeling good. It's amazing how good you can feel when you are in control of your body!!

All of you are so wonderful! I am making it a point to check in everyday because I know the support is so inspiring!!

I babbled a bit, but oh well... Any other questions?? :)

Morning. I have been on the phone all morning! Sisters to catch up with and some non family members as well. I stayed up last night doing laundry, so I'm going to be a sleepy head today. I'm propped up in bed with my laptop, an indulgence I will surely pay for since I should be cleaning or ironing, but it is so nice to have some time to myself and all of you.

Yes, my washer is a Kenmore, a 600 series. There were 2 600 models, I chose the one with the water level setting option. All of the reviews on line said the one without the water level setting option was terrible. The dryer that matches, there were two of those as well, will be mine soon too! I need the bigger dryer to go with the bigger washer.

Ok, I weighed myself this morning. 152.4. And I am really and truly tired of food. Today is going to be light. We will forever refer to this as our Godiva Christmas. We still have some left. I swear, I can't eat another piece. NFNS has ruined me for junk food, it really has.

Cat, go ahead and quit F & S cold turkey at the same time. That is the best way to do this. Sugar has been getting a bad wrap for years, where as flour really hasn't. But your body can't tell the difference between the two. So cut out the flour too. You can find allowable substitutions for almost everything. Do not be shy or hesitant with this plan. Go for it 100%. That's the only way to get where you want to go. Trust me on this.

Cold and overcast here today. I'm not leaving my house and I am going to make the most of it. Great day ladies.

Cat: I used to live in Minnesota in the early 90's and I remember those temps well. It sounds like you are adjusting well. I think cold turkey will work fine for you, but it is ultimately up to you. Good luck. You, Debbie and me have kids that are similar ages.

It is nice here today. I am going to go food shopping for our overnighter on New Years Eve. Three girls from the girls old school. I am really looking forward to it. I miss those kids. They will be picked up on the first by my friend (two of the girls' mom) who will finally see my house.

The land lord called to see if I minded if she put new carpet in the family room. I told her I would rather she didn't. It is hard enough dealing with the carpet already and to have it be brand new, I don't need that stress. The family room is right off of the kitchen so it had a spot on it on day one.

Debbie and Connie: Have a great day.

Took my daughter to the airport this morning. She is going off to her boyfriends parents place in Oregon for the rest of the week. This is the first time she is meeting them plus his brother and wife so she is a little nervous. The things that took away from that nervousness though was the attempted terrorist attack that has turned the airports into absolute zoos. Her friend waited for over 4 hours to board yesterday because of all the extra time spent on security checks.

I got a season of a Television show I want to watch, a joice meyer series and another DVD that talks about negative thinking.
I also got out my Dr. Gott book and my You On A Diet book. Dr. Gott has a section on portion contol that is good for all of us to read again. I can post some of the tips he writes about if you want me to.

Ice skating tonight. I hope to be in one piece when I return. wish me luck.

We all need to be thinking about our goals. There is a stistic that says 90% will give up their diet in one week. And 98% in a month. Do we want to be the 2% who succeed? Think about your long and short term goals. Put them down on paper so we can see them and share them with our family. who will do this with me? I'm finding it really ard but I think its something we need to do. Be specific. Not just exercise more, but what kind and how much. Not just lose weight but how much and by when. We need to stay focused on what we want. If we want different results we have to make changes.

Debbie I think you are absolutely right about being specific about our goals.....it is to easy to relax things.

I have the new Clean Eating book....Clean Eating Recharged. She said that our physical shape is determined 80% by nutrition, 10% by physical activity and 10% by genetics. If she is correct and I think she may be, than what we eat is so important. Clean Eating fits in quite well with NFNS but it is even more precise in what is good and what isn't. She does not use any artificial sweeteners at all, no processed foods......foods that are closest to the way they are in nature is what she advocates. I may follow some of her menu plans because I mostly agree with her on what is healthy food and what isn't.....she advocates throwing out most egg yolks and only using the whites. I really can't see that because there is so much nutrition in the yolk. She also emphasizes portion control....she recommends eating 5 or 6 small meals or snacks a day. I am not sure about that either Connie....I know I can be eating constantly and some info suggests our HGH does not kick into gear if we are eating constantly.

Anyways I have been eating whatever and whenever throughout the holidays and know I am up a couple of lbs....so back to the plan!

Sounds like you are all on board for a successful new year. Welcome Cat!

Ok, good eating today. And just in time, I swear! I have no desire for any more heavy foods. I really just want to eat salads for the next week. I'm feeling pretty good right now, still a little bloated, I wonder how long it will take for that to go away. Not that it ever goes away completely, but I like being aware of a tighter stomach. And too much food makes that impossible. Earlier I became hungry and the thought of eating made me depressed. I need to do some NFNS stocking and cooking. Maybe tomorrow. This day has flown by. I hope you all are well and able to be NFNS as much as possible.
