Orovo

Summary

Orovo is a diet product that claims to give you up to 10-15 pounds of weight loss in 7 days along with reductions of wrinkles lines and acne.

Description

Orovo was inspired by an Oprah program in which "10 super foods" were presented which give you "Age-Defying Beauty" by Dr. Nicholas Perricone. The wife of Orovo's CEO immediately tried these 10 super foods. While she didn't end up looking 10 years younger, she did lose 10 pounds and the acne she had struggled with was gone.

From that experience, Orovo was created. Of course, eating the 10 super foods was time-consuming and expensive. So, Orovo was created in pill form to condense all the essential ingredients in an affordable and easy to take form.

Orovo claims to give you 10lbs of weight-loss in 7 days, reduces lines and wrinkles as much as 90%, complete acne and blackhead cleared up in 30 days, while giving you motivation, happiness, and health and energy.

The 10 super-food ingredients are: Buckwheat, Alfalfa Sprouts, Lactobacillus Acidophilus (yogurt), Flaxseed, Garlic, Soybeans, Wheat Grass, Barley, Cayenne Pepper, and Acai. Orovo adds 4 more ingredients: Green Tea, Alpha Lipoic Acid, DMAE, and Idebennone.

My meals were rather small I hardly ate. For dinner I had a few bites of salad and steak....... I felt full! I'm not going to weigh myself till friday. Yesturday I was 196.... next friday I'll keep you posted.

Good morning everyone! So I got on the scale this morning and I am down 8 lbs since I started OD...woo hoo!!!! I was a little surprised because but I am very, very happy! I have been more active this week and I feel really good!

redphoenixica2006: I think you have a great mind set! It is all about the plan and sticking to it. I am one that always needs a plan. If I have a plan the I feel good and like you I feel like now I have a plan and I will take the weight loss as it comes even if it is slower then I would like it.

Plus my usually very supportive hubby made a stupid comment yesterday which has totally fired me up and now I am not only determined to lose the weight but when I do my husband is going to foot the bill for a tummy tuck and boob job...LOL LOL Whatever motivates me...LOL

Elizabeth - 27 Years old: Sounds like you are doing great! I can't wait for your weigh in on friday - bet you will see some changes...=)

no loss today. feeling generally pretty good though. i got hit by a car on my bike the other day and totally ate pavement so i haven't been able to exercise since every joint on my body has road rash. VERY painful. i think i'll try and ride my bike to work this evening to get myself back on track.

totally vegged out with my boyfriend last night and ate like half a bag of baked dorritos. they are one of my favorite junk foods. even though they're baked if you eat like ohhh... 4 thousand of them at 1 am i'm sure it contributes to not losing any weight. WEIRD. i'll definitely be good with my diet today.

teeny: I think that you are supposed to only take the OD and not the FB at the same time. I know that I took both on the first week and I didn't really like how I felt. I didn't have any adverse reactions or anything but I noticed that after about 3 hours after I took the pills I would feel almost like a crash in my energy and I did not like that. This last week I only took the OD and I felt much much better. My energy level stayed relatively consistant.

As for where to buy it, I bought mine on ebay. They shipped it priority so it only took about 3 days to get here. plus I only paid like 35.00 for a bottle of OD and FB together. So that is the way that I would go. I think I saw it on amazon also.

Good luck!

WOW, lots to read. I am a 6ft. 220+ male and I just started taking OD and 7-DFB today. Way too much caffine for me. I was jittery all day and a little flush. Tomorrow I'm going to just continue the OD and see if its any better.

I am a skeptic and frankly if I even remotely liked working out I wouldnt bother with this but with a wedding to go to in a month and at least 40 lbs to drop I'm willing to try this.

Here is what Im going to do:

I'll weigh myself tonight and report back every couple of days. I only plan to do some walking (45min or so) and light workout(pushups, situps, etc.). I'll let everyone know how much is comming off and what if any side effects I have.

I hope it will be informative. (for me and you)

If anyone has lost more than 5lbs and has kept it off from using this product please let me know.

Thanks.

Day 7

Weigh in: 190.4 (-.8)/37.1 (-.5) in one week!!

I'm actually really pleased. I've been stuck at the low 190's for months - so, it looks like OD is definitely helping me break this plateau.

Exercise: day off

Breakfast: raisin bran cereal/whole milk; lunch: gyro w/feta; snack: 100 calorie snack pack; dinner - not really hungry - but i'll eat something to keep from snacking later.

Little nervous about 7 days off now - will the weight/hunger come back. During my days off, I'm going to take a colon cleanser-Bowtrol-to continue the cleansing process (though I don't think it does much for weight loss/appetite suppression - had been taking this about a month before starting OD and definitely felt "lighter" - but didn't lose weight).

Back in January - I was 201.8/38.7 - so that's a total of 11.4 lbs and 1.6% body fat!! woo hoo! hopefully with OD it won't take as long to see similar results in the next five months.

Hope everyone is well ... don't think I'd be sticking with it if it wasn't for this forum!

I just took the plunge and ordered my OD and the 7DFB from ebay. I have read just about all the posts here and am hopeful that this will help me get back on track. I am 42, 5'6" and was pushing 182 pounds when I got sick. I lost 30 pounds--down to 152 and have gained back 10 pounds--which I think are because my Dr put me on birth control pills. Not for birth control but pain management from endometriosis. I am on several medications for different things so I am hoping this will be safe with all that. You all have a great support group going here--that is something you really need to keep going. I will try to keep up with everyone and keep you posted once I get my order and start.

Good luck to you all

Well I just finished my 1st 7 day cycle with Orovo Detox, and I'm pretty disappointed. I lost way more weight with an hour of exercise each day along with healthier diet. In 1 week of exercise/diet, I lost 5 lbs, but in 1 week of slightly less exercise/same diet, and on OD, I lost only 1 lb. I didn't exercise as much for the week on OD because I felt nauseous, dizzy, and I crashed every afternoon followed by a night of insomnia. I MAY try a second cycle of the OD, but with that being the week before my wedding, I'm not sure I can handle the nausea/hyperactivity/insomnia.

HI ALL:
I have not posted here in a while so I like to update you on How far I have gotten.
I have not been taking the 2nd dose because i work night's and have weird sleeping times so i am always afraid to take it because it will keep me up. i have to take it 5 hrs before sleep or i can't sleep i am full of energy.
anyway, i am on my 2nd bottle. i have lost a total of 14 pounds. i have been on it for 3-4 days a week and off the other 3 days. i do not do the week on, week off.
i plateau'd for a while 2-3 weeks on 11 pounds lost, but now, i am starting to see a drop.
i have not been working out regularly and have been cheating on my calorie diet. so, i consider 14 pounds in 2 months very good.
the plus: i don't like coke anymore, it tastes vile. i have been drinking it for over 20 years. before i started orovo, i changed to diet caffeine free or zero. i figured if i am drinking 4-6 cans a day, it might as well be calorie free. now i can't stand the taste of any of them including regular. it tastes like i am drinking cough medicine.
I also have noticeably lost weight, my old clothes which could not fit before now fit. my husband even noticed the change in body shape.
for all those who don't know weather to try it or not, this is a great beginner for your weight loss especially if you don't have time or energy to work out.
for those of you who have side effects, try cutting down your dose, and stay with it they usually wear off by the 4th or 5th day.
drink lots of water if your nausious, and eat 30 min after if you feel heart burn or stomach upset.
my appetite is greatly suppressed and even though i am loosing weight slowly, i am really loosing inches and i feel more energy. considering i take care of my 3 kids, 12,9,8 and i am in the process of trying to sell my house, i still have more energy than before.
don't quit when you hit a plateau, keep it up and you will start to see weight coming off.
starting tomorrow, i will go back to working out and see if i can drink more water, maybe that will increase weight loss. by the way, weigh yourselves in the am, that is your true weight. as the day progresses and you eat or drink, your weight fluctuates but is not a true weight gain. at least that is my experience with it.

i am sorry, i just wanted to add that i am not advocating not working out. i am just saying that i have been cheating the last month and with cleaning my house 4 times a week for home shows, i have not had time to go to the gym and really "work out". i just wanted everyone to know that if you have stopped loosing and need that extra incentive to start really watching what you eat and work out, to see weight loss, this really works.i don't work for the company, i am just a regular overweight woman who needs to loose a lot but i realize what was built in 15 years will not disappear in 3 months, and i am willing to let it take its course....

Hi all! I just want to lose those sticky 10-15 lbs I gained in the past few years...I go to the gym pretty regularly but maybe was not doing enough cardio to take it off. I am continuing exercise 3 x week with Orvo Detox. My 1st day was yesterday & I had diarrhea all day. Could be because also I drank a lot of sangria the night before:) Hopefully will be better 2day! I only took 1 dose in the morning. Skipped coffee. Drank a lot of water & iced tea. I had a wonderful mood, lots of energy and big sexual appetite! Nice! The pooping was not so fun but hopefully will get better. I have a sensitive stomach anyway so might have to quit.Hope not.

wreckhouse you may be detoxing..... just stick with it! I know those pills are supossed to clear the skin but our skin is our biggest organ and you might just be purging some toxins out especially if you have had breakouts in the past (thats your week spot). I have had really bad acne as an adult and I suggest getting some sun, swimming, and using burts bees blemish stick....... your acne will clear right up! Oh and of course stay away from the sugar (it feeds the bacteria in our system).

For all of you remember when our bodies detox it is normal for us to feel kinda crapy! Lets just hang in there together.... I believe it will get better!

So today is day 3 on the OD that burning feeling that I had in my tummy is gone and I'm still eating very little! YAY! My tummy is always hungry but I just don't have the urge to eat. I saw my doc and she said the best way to drop weight is to accept that hunger feeling still eat 3 meals a day and snacks in between but stick with the healthy eating and portion control. I started the OD on friday and I'm not going to weigh in till fiday. I tore my miniscus (the padding between the joint of the knee) so I can't work out as hard as I would love to. Still able to do some biking indoors with low resistance. But I can't wait till friday to do my weigh in..... I'll keep you guys posted.

Dear M,

Take it for what it is worth, I started my first day taking both sets of pills. WAY too much caffine. Now, I am not a regular user of caffinated products anyhow. So maybe I am a weakling when it comes to any exposure of caffine, but taking both made my heart race. I felt nauseous, flush, dizzy, and plain old "not right" all day long. My wife took the same dose and she is a regular caffine user and had the same side effects but on a much lesser scale. I read a lot of the above comments and one person said that they spoke to an ORVO rep. that said both products probably should not be used together. However, I have e-mailed the company twice on this issue and not recieved an adequate response yet. (seriously, their first response was in broken english telling me to follow the instructions on the bottel and they have yet to respond to my second and more specific line of questioning).

Like I said, take it for what it is worth. I am starting my second day on it today and will report back in a day or so on weightloss. Was 225lbs. last night when I weighed myself.

Elizabeth, I broke out worse than I ever had. I usually break out if I change skin care regimes or when the seasons change, but nothing like this. As for detoxing, I'm pretty sure our bodies are good at their jobs, and the only reason I took Orovo Detox rather than regular Orovo was because of the reported higher weight loss.

As for getting sun, I can't because I have vitiligo (pigment loss). And I'm allergic to bee pollen, so no Burts bees for me!

Hey all, I have been reading these comments all night after finding this website. I was randomly googling ways to lose weight and came across Orovo. I just graduated college and gained atleast 10 pounds in the last 6 months from not working out, drinking too much, etc. Even before I gained the 10 pounds I wanted to lose weight so now I want to lose 30 pounds.

I am starting a full time new job next week and need to lose weight more quickly, hopefully in the next month or so, in order to buy new clothes for my professional job. I know in the long run I can lose the extra pounds, but I would like to find a faster way. I have friends who do weight watchers and have lost weight, so I am not sure if I should go that route or try this.

2 years ago I used trim spa over a summer and noticed it helped me drink more water and curved my appetite, but didnt really feel I lost weight. I am wondering if this pill will have the same effect, however, this is more of a healthy way to go compared to whatever trim spa is made up of.

I have started to regularly work out again like I use to and eat healthier. (not drink as much too) The other thing I need to consider is what my routine with this new job will be like, who I will be associating with, whether or not there will be a lot of after work festivities, etc. Also I am worried about the sleeplessness and other symptoms seeing as I do not want to be miserable my first few weeks on the job when I should be learning what to do. So this is my dilemma. If anyone has any advice or suggestions I would love to read them! Thanks for listening.

I purchased mine of the orovo.com website. I really enjoyed ready all the entries, but now I am not sure about them. When you read what is on the orovo site, it sounds too good to be true. Some of you have had positive results others not. Well, I guess I will have some thinking to do before I start. I hope it does help me. I am in serious need of weight loss and cannot do any High Impact or cardio exercise due to an ankle injury almost 10 years ago.I will write if and when I start. Thanks for all the input, that is alot to digest.

hi well i just took OD 2 days so far (it's my 3rd day) and somehow my breakfast & lunch are pretty much the same time plus just my general hesitancy--I only take one dose a day so far (4 pills). No more excessive pooping problems, that was just day 1. hooray! lots of energy (shaking my legs up and down as I write) and lessened appetite and general good mood is nice. I think my drinking binges are gonna prevent any weight loss though so I'm working on curbing that as well. Is there a pill for that too? haha!

Hello to everyone!! I just placed my first order for the OD and the 7DFB. I can't wait to get them and get started. I am a SAHM to my almost 4yo daughter. I used to work for the USPS. Once my 12 week maternity leave was up, I just couldn't stand the thought of going back to work and putting her in a daycare, etc. So, here I am 4 years later, with an additional 30 pounds or so that needs to come off. I have found that staying at home has made me quite lazy. The extent of my exercise is walking down the driveway to check the mail. LOL I've tried several diet pills and nothing seems to work. So, I've joined a gym for the exercise portion and I'm hoping the Orovo will help speed up the weight loss.

I look forward to chatting and reading about everyone's experiences with OD. I will be posting results, etc. once I get the pills.

HELLO . ITS BEEN AWHILE.LIFE GETS REALLY BUSY. ANYWAY ANYONE WANT TO HERE HOW I AM DOING. WELL I'M GOING TO TELL YOU ANYWAY! I HAVE LOST 15LBS SINCE WE LAST TALKED. FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF 25LBS ON OORVO ORIGINAL.REMEMBER I COULD EAT STRAIT SALADS FOR A MONTH AND NOT LOSE 1 LB. WELL NOT ANYMORE. I DO BELIEVE OOROVO HAS KICKED MY METABOLISM INT DRIVE WHERE I WAS IN NEUTRAL FOR THE LAST 13 YRS. MY INCHES LOSS IS AT 23INCHES TOTAL FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS . I WISH I WOULD HAVE MEASURED IN THE BEGINING.I HAVE ALSO MADE CHANGES IN MY DIET THIS LAST 3 WEEKS NOW THAT I'M NOT HUNGRY , I GOT BRAVE AND ACCUTALLY LOOED UP A HEALTHY DIET. 2GM SODIUM AND love0GM OF FAT A DAY. THE DIET REQUIRES YOU TO EAT 5 SMALL MEALS A DAY WITHIN THE AMOUNT ALLOWED DAILY. EXAMPLE EGG WHITES SCRAMMBLED WITH ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS, SNACK - FRIUT A SLICE OF TURKEY- LUNCH POTATO, CHICKEN SALAD, -SNACK COTTAGE CHEESE LOW FAT , FRUIT, DINNER- SLICE OF MEAT AND VEG .
REALLY KINDA OF EAISY. ALSO I BOUGHT CORE RYTHMNS ON EBAY. ITS PRETTY COOL AND GOES AT A PACE THAT EVEN A BIG GIRL LIKE ME CAN KEEP UP!
REMEMBER THE BURNING IN MY STOMACH I HAD WITH OORVO , WELL FIXED THAT PROBLEM , I SWICHED POP FROM DIET PEPSI TO DIET 7UP . MUST NOT HAVE BEEN OORVO AT ALL BUT THE STARTINGS OF AN ULCER . GOOD LUCK WITH ALL OF YOU .I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED BECAUSE I AM DETERMINED TO SEE A SINGLE SIZE AGAIN IN MY CLOTHES.
AND JUST A WORD OF ADVICE .I AM THINKING THE DETOX FORMULA IS FOR THE QUICK FIX OR FOR THE QUICK BOOST IN WEIGHT LOSS. BUT FOR THE PEOPLE WITH THE WHOLE OTHER PERSON TO LOSE THE ORGINAL FORMULA IS FOR THE LONG TERM. JUST MY THOUGHTS.

Hey ya'll I'm back for an update...

scelaya71!!! That is awesome! I had a rash on my hands a couple of years ago and no matter what the doc gave me it never went away, I ended up switching docs and the next doc gave me some pills and it went away immediately! I don't know what it was or the pill she gave but it hasn't come back. But for almost a year I had it (even though no where near as bad as you) and I understand about explaining and embrassed and what not. But anyways thats gooood!

ELizabeth and Wreckhouse: I also had a terrible break out. I normally get a pimple or so once a week anyhow but this was baaaadddd! The whole bottom part of my chin was full of them!

redphoenixca2006: How do you take your body fat percentage? Do you have a machine and if so where did you get it and how much? Thanx!

nallali84: I'm also trying to get down 10-15lbs. I take 4 in the morning (Orovo detox) anytime between 6:30am and 9am. I normally go to sleep around 11pm/12am everynight. When I took 4 more in the afternoon, around noon, I only slept 2 hours so I said forget this! I didn't take the week off since I'm only taking half anyways. After that I sleep normal with no problems falling asleep. And you do have to drink a lot of water, you crave it! lol! But it does helps in the weight lost process as well as headaches. The other Orovos require different amounts to be taken and with other components so someone else will needta fill ya in lol! Good luck!!!

Anyways...
I've been on OD for a guess about 1.5 to 2 weeks now. Right now the scale says I lost 5lbs but I did just eat a little bit so I would say I lost 6 to 7 lbs so far; 9 more to go! Overall I'm still having the same side effects: not really going to the bathroom anymore than usual, decrease in appetite, and more energy. I'm still only taking the 4 in the morning and none the rest of the day with no 7 day off. I took 1 day off (not on purpose, I had to be to work earlier than normal and I forgot) and I felt terrrrible! So I decided that I will take no more breaks!
I'm going to try to squeeze in going to the gym this week. I'm also thinking about buying some laxatives...I normally go every 2 or 3 days (not much at all huh?) I would like to be more regular and go once a day. Do anybody have suggestions??? Should I even do that? Will I be sorry??? lol

I wish you alllll good luck in this process, it ain't easy so don't give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 9 - week off of OD

Weigh in: 190.2/37.3

Exercise: 30 minutes on the treadmill

Breakfast: granola cereal w/raisins, iced low fat white chocolate coffee; lunch: bbq chicken, orzo feta salad; snack: chex mix; dinner: sausage ravioli w/sauce, roll w/butter

I've kept up drinking 64oz. of water and my appetite is still low - watching the portions. Have had a slight headache - but feeling good overall.

K: I have a scale that measures weight and body fat. Brand: Taylor 5578 Body Fat Analyzer and Scale. I purchased on Amazon - but can't remember how much - but I'm pretty frugal so doubt it was over $50. I really like it - particularly because of my muscular build - I often don't see a change in weight - but will see change in the body fat. I feel like the two numbers give me a better feel for what's actually happening with my body! Congrats on the weight lost so far - keep it up!!

I tried 2 doses yesterday & did have a little trouble falling asleep, same as if I had drunk coffee in the afternoon. Think I'll go back to 1xday. I'm not weighing in yet, it's only been 4 days. I think I'll go to the gym today. Still have a big belly though I think my inches went down a bit. I haven't really been eating less although my appetite is decreased. I just like to eat and drink! Nallali I don't have any headaches on OD. Just drink the required 12-16 oz per dose and should be fine.

I did the first week, off the second week. I'm a healthy eater... no junk food. Middle-aged (and that's were the weight goes..I'm 9 years past "middle-pause") Did not lose a pound..gained a few. Makes me mad. 75% of what I eat is "live food" (raw fruits & veggies). I do eat "Good proteins" (Salmon, turkey, soy, extra lean red meat about once a week) I have bowel movements regularly twice a day. Obviously I drink 80 oz. of filtered water a day. I also eat a healthy, balanced breakfast. A very light dinner before 7pm most days. So what gives???? I'm 5'7-8", weigh about 175...plus or minus 2 pounds... I have heavy bones ( Bone density test says I have the bones of a 20 year old. Not bad when you consider that next year I turn 60 !) I really would love to weigh 145 lbs. I'm very discouraged even though I don't look like I weigh 30 lbs over (I'm dense.) Well a hippopotomus could practically starve herself and she still would not look like a giraffe ! A fact I sadly have to swallow. When I walk past a mirrow, I see my mom in me.
I'm going to finish taking the pills, maybe I'm a slow loser.... I'm tired of the scams.

I thought about fiber but I don't know why I didn't think hard enough about it lol. I'm still at work then I have class tonight so I'm going to head to the store when class is out. Should I take it at certain times? Is is immediate or does it take all day? I'm one of those who won't go anywhere but in my own home even if my stomach is hurting and I got cramps and gas and I know I NEED to go (unless I have absolutely NO CHOICE and its coming! :( lol). With this busy schedule I'm hardly home so I'm nervous but I know its healthier to be more regular. Fiber is probably more natural and less surprising than laxatives though :)

redphoenixca2006: thanx! I saw online that with certain measurements they could calculate it for you, but sitting here at work I have no way to measure and when I'm at home, usually I'm sleep. I get on the scale if not everyday, every other day in the morning before I shower so that scale would be awesome! And considering that my scale was like 5 bucks at Walmart, it's not that good lol!

nallali84: I orginally purchased mine from orovo.com, got an email confirmation right after so I thought it was cool a week later, still no product so I emailed them, 2 times, and when they finally emailed me back (4 days later, the website promises within 24 hours for a response) they said they had system issues and I could cancel or they would send it out. I emailed them to say ship it, a week later still no product. So I emailed them (in a threating manner) and told them if they haven't already sent it to cancel my order and refund my money and if they didn't I would stop the payment. To this day I never received another email from them to respond to that. That same night I ordered it from ebay from the seller naturalbeautyproduct for 35.99 (plus shipping) and got it within 2 days!! I ended up getting the orovo.com order about a week after that but I also noticed that they refunded my purchase on my card so I got 2 bottles! yay! I was going to send it back but after 3 weeks of waiting and hardly no emails from them and reading about others having issues from the site I said naaaaaah!!!

Where did those of you find information on what to eat with orovo? Some said limit meat and dairy? Also for those of you who decided to take only 4 pills a day instead of 8...and not skip a week...did it change the results for weight loss?

Discouraged--the first thing you need to do is change your name. You get what you give, and if you go by the name discouraged, then that's what you will be most of the time.

If you really want to make this, or anything else work...then turn things around and be really thankful for how strong and healthy you are.

When I look in the mirror and see my mom, I feel blessed.

Chicago Gal: I didn't find any information on what to eat, I just started eating things that I know I should, fruits, veggies, cereal bars from South Beach and Natures Trail, oatmeal (I do the packets, I can't get myself to do the regular ones), cereals like Special K, Honey Bunches of oats, Cherios, etc, and I bought the 100 cal packets. I didn't like the oreo and chips ahoy ones but I did find Hostess has some and there cupcakes are sooo good, they are small but its really all you need for a sugar/junk food fix. I also bought Boca burgers and whole wheat bread. Drink lots of water. Crystal light is my fav! Eat 5 to 6 SMALL meals a day. I haven't limited dairy but I have cut down on meats but thats because my younger sister is a vegan so I told her I'd try to cut back.

My normal day:
Breakfast: 1 packet of oatmeal or bowl of cereal or 2 eggs and 1 packet of grits, 8oz of orange juice or V8
Snack: strawberries and grapes
Lunch: Cereal bar
Snack: Orange or yogurt
Dinner: 1 boca burger, wheat bun, cheese, peas and/or corn or chicken and cheese quesadilla on wheat torilla
Snack: 100 cal packet and milk or popcorn

Day 10 - week off

Weigh in: 190/37 - so that's a total of 1.2lbs and .6% body fat since I started Orovo

Exercise: 30 minutes treadmill

Breakfast: trail mix bar; lunch: grilled chicken sandwich w/cheese & bacon; dinner: i think i'll have some cereal :)

I decided to take my measurements this morning just for kicks - and also because sometimes the scale can be discouraging - my body will change but the scale won't. So, even though it makes me feel a bit vulnerable - I'll track my measurements here too:
Bust: 37
Waist: 35
Hips: 43.5

At least I'm proportional right :)

Discouraged: definitely change the name - how about just taking a part of it and call yourself "Courage" - I know how frustrating weight loss can be. Especially in our day of quick fixes and 6' models. Try to make little changes everyday. You can join me in the cute girl club if you like: every morning - first thing you say when you look in the mirror is "Damn, I'm cute!" - you have to think beautiful before your body will fall in line! Stay with it - you can do it.

K - Thanks for the suggestions. I have pretty much been eating similar things to what you have with the cereal, bars and 100 cal packs! 6 meals a day is a good idea...I have heard from several places that it works the best for your metabolism. I talked to my sister about Orovo today and she is interested as well. I ordered a bottle today on Ebay...only 39.99 with shipping so thats a good deal. We decided to get only one bottle between the two of us and if it works for either one of us we can order more. So I am crossing my fingers. This blog with all of you seems very promising and I will definitely take all the advice I have seen on here and I will keep you all posted on both our results. Good luck to all of you!

Oh and Ps- For those of you looking for some more Fiber, if you don't want supplements try Kashi cereal the kind with extra fiber. It definitely makes you go within about 2 hours! no joke.

Hi all...I'm still the exact same weight on day 5 of OD but I measured--my waist is 2 in. smaller even though my butt is 1 in. bigger!! haha maybe it just makes everything drop down! I think I'll increase to 2 doses a day but that means I need to get up earlier so lunch & breakfast are not all one thing. The good mood didn't last past day 2. Maybe it was just a genuine good mood! I am having brain focus issues, but that is normal.

This is my last day on the OD "off" cycle. I look forward to starting my second round of 7 days on OD. I traveled to SK to help my mom get ready for a big move, and I noticed that during the 7 days off, I sustained the reduced appetite. I did not drink as much water as I had been so that will be a goal today. I also weighed myself on my mom's old scale, and it was kind to me! It looked like another 3 pound loss, but because the scale is so old I'm not sure how accurate it was. Most importantly, I feel good! I feel strong, healthy and beautiful!

Have a great day everyone!

Appreciate the posts. Just a couple of items. I am 39 and about 14 lbs more than my ideal weight. Am an avid exerciser- mainly because I am an avid eater but at close to 40 things are changing. Decided to try OD for numerous reasons. I am on day 2 - did not weigh because if there was no loss I would quit!! But the only side effect -so far is a nagging headache. I have had No trouble sleeping whihc was my main concern and almost didn't take the 8 pills the first day. I have tried numerous diet pills, hydroxcut, lipo6 to name the most recent- and those even when taking ONLY 1 before a 7:00 am run have left me tossing and turning. I did notice a decrease in my appetite and almost had to force myself to eat- that is a first. I am excited to see if there is a change in weight but will probably wait til day 4 so as not to be discouraged if no loss- but in all reality 2-3 lbs in a week and I would be over the moon!!!!

AQT22~ I have done slimfast shakes before. I really enjoyed the convenience of them, and they are only 190 cals, which for a whole meal is not bad at all. I did the Optima ones, and only the creamy chocolate as all the others were kinda icky to me. Best of luck to you!

Also, I did the OD for an entire month, with the first week also doing the 7dfb, and throughout it all, only lost 1 lb. for me, this wasn't worth it because I was irritable at night and kind of jittery with all the extra energy.

I am practicing low carb/low sugar now, similar to that of the grapefruit diet. I drink grapefruit juice with every meal, I'm never hungry and I've lost a l lb so far, and I've only been doing it for a few days. Cheaper and easier if you ask me.

Good luck to all that try OD!!

Weigh in: 190/36.7

Exercise: day off

Breakfast: trail mix bar; lunch: orzo feta salad; dinner - not sure yet, but probably mexican (won't be able to check in later so posting now).

So far, my appetite has still been lower. I was sure I'd end up pigging out - but haven't felt the urge. Sticking with drinking water too.

CanadianGirl: I thought about the Kashi brand specially since my little sis is a vegan and forbids non organic foods and blah blah blah lol...is it good?

Big Momma: How is it possible that you can eat 0mg of fat??? I find that impossible!!! Good luch with that!

I took 4 of the tablets of fiber last night and 2 today, so far so good!

I'm still at about 6lbs lost, which is good because I haven't gained it back yet, I want to lose like 9 more then I can set a new goal, maintaining it lol!!!...I'm eating right but I'm not working out, I simply don't have time :( I would love to workout, I actually like working out I know I'm weird lol! I'm going to try even if its only once or twice a week!

With slimfast...I lost they had more calories than that? They just don't seem to fill me up for a meal replacement. So when I tried it I ended up eating a whole lunch anyhow :(

I'm also writing down everything I eat in a journal, it seems corny but it works for me because I know I have to write it down and calculate it so I don't eat it lol!

I am going to weigh in and I am also going to take my measurements before I start. I have several medical issues I deal with (diverticulitis, kidney stones, HPV, tendonitis, asthma and anxiety) yeah sounds fun huh LOL. As for the fiber stuff...that Kashi cereal rocks! I also have used the Fiber Choice and I really liked that as well. I posted before that for me coffee works really well...another good excuse to keep on with my addiction to the nectar of the gods...LOL

Did I read right 0 grams of fat? Nevermind the fact that I would DIE if I didnt have some fat everyday...LOL That is very unhealthy - particulary for a woman. We need that fat everyday...

That scale you all been talking about - I had one that I ordered off of Avon and I loved it...until my husband decided to weigh all the boxes that we are packing for our cross country move and he broke it...so now I have some crappy 9.99 cheapo scale from walmart...although the numbers have been consistant I would still like to see the fat percentage numbers...LOL

So now for the tale of the scale...According to my scale this AM - I am down another 1.5 lbs. So that makes 9 altogether since I started OD. Granted I have taken this week off and I still lost another 1.5 so that is good. Ithink I may start OD again next week. I have been taking a different thing this week for energy and I haven't really seemed to miss OD that much. Still I will finish what I bought. I have plenty enough weight to lose to try it all...LOL

That is funny that you all are talking about Slim Fast... I was tempted to try that AGAIN - but it never works for me...I always eat way to much...something about having a need to chew...LOL

I love how everyone is keeping everyone posted on what is going on...

Check back later...=) Oh yeah - and a GREAT website to help with this battle is www.hungrygirl.com. Personally I think kashi is gross. so is slimfast. maybe kashi cereal is better--the puffed one? I kind of have the opposite problem in the bathroom anyhow. And I don't think laxatives are the way to go with dieting. You end up not getting enough nutrients in your system then crave more. Be safe & healthy! Isn't that why we are trying this product with "all natural" ingredients? I've started with the 2 doses and I feel a little wired and my stomach hurts a bit but it's not bad. My legs are running a marathon under my desk all day. Maybe I should get out more! Happy 4th everyone.

I'm new. I decided today to order OORVO and 7 together. I hope it doesn't take two weeks to get here. I've read through all the posts and am finding encouragement is plenty. Great! I need it! I'm 5'6" and weigh 155. I'm 43 and have recently gained 10 pounds for no reason. ?? I guess it's the age thing. I used to be able to drop a couple pounds just by watching what I eat and drinking extra water for a couple of days. Now...nothing happens. Sometimes the scale even goes up! Horrors! I've been watching my weight for my entire adult life. Here I am at 43 and am fed up! A few years ago, I lucked upon a wonderful product, which of course is no longer available, called Metabolife...lost 15 pounds in 2 months (150 - 135). Then they changed the formula and it didn't work any more. I'm hoping this OORVO will be at least 1/2 as good. I'll keep posting so everyone can read about my experiences and hopefully someone will get some encouragement from me.

I ballooned back up to almost 182--got sick--had a bunch of surgeries and lost 30 pounds down to 152 all while going nothing (maybe it was the meds). The Dr put me on birth control pills to battle the pain of endometriosis and i gained 10 pounds back. Now not only am I 10 pounds heavier again but I am still in pain cause the stinkin pills don't work--aren't I lucky. I will be starting my OD either tomorrow or Saturday not sure which but I will weigh in first and take measurements so I can track it all. I am hoping for the best.

Hi, all. I tried this Thincinerator since I heard it was JUST what a "person like me" needed, but just one of those a day has me stocking up on the Northern Quilted, jittery & so moody that my children were about to post me on ebay to any bidder. I'm doing the water thing even after stopping the Shitsinsimahater (my pet name for it) & I'm back to wondering if one formula works better than the other without all the rear-action. I do not think I have anything built up other than scar tissue, so I'm not keen on that. I also am trying to see about sensitivity/ jitters. I don't have a lot to lose, but it aint going anywhere & can't decide which is for me. I also bought a Cardio Twister & if anyone cares, I'll comment on it. I just feel like I've spent a lot of money to poop out, piss off my kids & hurt my joints, so I'm reaaaaally discouraged. Heck, I could do that in Sonic in front of my tween's posse after a burger, tots & shake w/an intentional oops on the rock wall for what, $8.00?

I take Zyrtec & noticed no difference w/my poo pill jitters or allergy issues; did you have an interaction? I think you are the blog matriarch here & I don't read all the posts, but your support for Amberlee & others is fabulous. I hope you're well, amberlee?!

I have an tween & a just-turned 3 year old. Two days ago, we were in Target & my lil wonder came out of the Girls room with me and announced, "EVERYBODY, I WENT POTTY! WIPED MY HINEY" really loud. She followed it with "Woohoo!" and a hand clapping extravaganza that she would not stop until enough onlookers joined in for her liking....

Hey everyone..Happy 4th. I took my first dose of OD today. I had a rough nights sleep (up til 5am) so I didn't get to take it until 11:45. Obviously I could only do one dose today. Hopefully tomorrow it will work out better...

OK...todays weigh in 159.0

12:15--brunch--granola bar
7:00--dinner---a tv dinner and I didn't even eat the entire thing.

I felt very good today. Not sick or anything. Lots of energy and potty breaks but that was it. I did get a headache but I have bad sinuses so I can't be sure if it was the OD. After dinner though I did not feel well at all. My stomach was very upset--almost like I forced myself to eat and it was rebelling. I probably did because I can't remember feeling hungry at all but I know you must not skip meals. After about and hour or so I had what my father used to call the "green apple 2 step" and then I felt fine.

Did alot of shopping today for my lunches, snacks and dinners. Grapes, lettuce, tuna, pork, chicken, pineapple, grapefruit and more granola bars. I feel great now I hope I can sleep but I don't think it will be a problem.

Exercise: squats---3 reps of 10 each, push ups--3 sets of 10 and then some exercises I found for my arms but I am not sure what they are called.

Overall---my impression is good. Keep up the great work all...

Hey all, Still haven't received my OD yet. Ordered it before the holiday off ebay and it will probably get here monday I hope.

I really like all the Kashi products. I actually love almost ALL kinds of food so it is easy for me to eat diet and healthy food. However, the hardest part is that I'm 22 and go out a lot or out to dinner and am really tempted to eat bad food. Including my family with a mom who loves to cook and bake, so she is always bringing over cupcakes etc. and I have to yell at her to stop haha. I really hope OD helps me curve my appetite even with friends and family around. Right now I fluctuate between 165 and 170. This is the heaviest I have ever been. I am 5'7. I guess I don't really look like i weigh this much because all my friends think i weigh like 140 which i actually did about 2 yrs ago...even nurses when i go to the doctor are like oh! when they weigh me. But regardless I still feel heavier and chubby so i need to lose this weight for me.

I love all the tips and advice everyone posts on here about food and exercise because even though I havent started OD yet I know that it plays a big part.

Hello all. Have skimmed over some of the blogs. So my story. Just took my first Orovo pill this afternoon after getting on the scale and weighing in at 190.5. Egad ! I do not have a problem with portion control, my problem is my slowwwwwwwww metabolism. So I am hoping Orovo can help. I lost 24 pounds and was down to size 10 jeans 2 years ago with the help of Leptoprin but stopped because I had a transient episode of heart palpitations and high blood pressure. It resolved without medication and looking back I think I had the palpitations related to increased stress and I freaked out which made my blood pressure rise. Of course when the Doctors got wind of the suppliment I was taking, they blamed it on that, and I was scared enough to believe them. Also, the Docs said to beware of anything that lists "Propriatary Blend" in the ingredients, which was offputting , because Leptoprin did not list their "Propriatary Ingredients".I feel less anxious about taking Orovo because they do list the ingredients. So the pills went in the trash, and now my weight is up again, despite doing killer cardio and weight work outs 4-5 times a week, and eating small portions. All the experts say to move more and eat less, but that does not work for me. After reading most of the blogs, seems like most of you are on Orovo Detox. Should I regret spending the money on just the Orovo original ? Should I buy it from E-Bay ? I paid the full price via the website 80.00 this first time. I am anxious that I will experience side effects, even though I have researched this ad nauseum...But, I have to do something, this cycle of gaining weight despite the fact that I eat very healthy and work out is such a bummer and a little scary.
Wish me luck. I'll try it all week and then weigh in. Am I supposed to take it for 7 days then stop for 7 days ?

Well.I bought in from Orovo.com, too. To get the lower price you had to "join the team ",sounded like kind of like a pyrimid scheme to me, so I just paid the full price. So I guess I will get it off E-Bay next time.

Day 14 (week off - start OD again tomorrow)

Weigh in: 190.4/37.3% (start of week was 191/36.2%; start of OD was 194.4/36.7%)

Exercise: went blues dancing for two hours last night and 30 minutes on the treadmill today

Breakfast: none; lunch: sushi (a lot of it!); probably won't eat anything more today but maybe a trail mix bar :)

So, I didn't loose much weight this week - however, I didn't gain it all back during my week off; my food portions stayed in control; I kept up with drinking my water - and I maintained the weight loss (which makes it feel like true weight loss - not just water or what I happened to eat).

Tomorrow I go back on the OD - they say on the bottle that results improve with each week - so I'm hoping that proves to be the case.

Patriot: I feel your pain - I exercise, I have a fairly good diet - but the weight stays there! It can be frustrating - but OD definitely helped me eat less. I haven't tried the regular so can't speak to that. Good luck!

For those of you having trouble with food and exercise I have some extremely in shape close friends who give me tips all the time. She says when trying to lose weight cut carbs in half, but not completely because you need them for energy, etc. This way when you work out you will lose more fat (weight) because when doing cardio you need to burn through the carbs first then it goes to the fat. so more carbs you eat the harder to actually lose something rather than just what you ate that day. Also if you have a lot of time, which I don't, try working out twice a day. Sounds crazy but if you walked for about 15-30 minutes in the morning then worked out in the afternoon like regular you will burn twice as much because you started the day off burning calories so the second time around it will burn more than it would normally.
Strenght training: be careful not to use too heavy of weights if you're looking to lose pounds, weights over 5lbs will bulk you up too much and you will not see results. Just do low weight and LOTS of reps.

Hope some of this helps for losing weight while working out. I know all this info but forget to do it myself haha. I hope to receive my OD in the mail soon. Will keep you updated.

Scelaya71: Forgot to tell you that I LOVE the hungry girl website! so many recipes and tips on there!

You should all really go look at it. I found this link on the hungry girl website that tells you your basal metabolic rate - basically how many calories you would burn if you just stayed in bed all day...helps to figure out how many calories to eat per day to lose weight.

Chicago Gal: LOLOL I am with you on the Hungry Girl site...I get their newsletter everyday and it is a rare day that there isn't something interesting on there or something new to learn. There is also another website that I stumbled upon that is quickly becoming a favorite...it is www.buddyslim.com It is filled with people that understand our stuggle and are there to support each other...you know they say that if you have a support group you are more likely to lose weight and keep it off...and I will take all the help I can get! That is for sure...if anyone signs up let me know and I will happily be your buddy...LOL

Ok I tried REAL hard to stay away from the scale but it didn't work. So I started at 159 and this morning I weighed in at 158.4---so not alot to talk about BUT I am loosing considering I am only taking 1 dose a day. Being I started on my days off it is hard cause I don't eat much on the weekends--its at work that I eat alot. So I am going to do only one dose for the first week and after my 7 days I will switch to the 7DFB for 7 days and take that as instructed. I have been exercising every day--squats, push ups (against the wall of course--I'm not that strong yet) and a few others that I picked up to target the areas I want to work the most. I will be adding crunches on my ball as soon as my husband puts air in it. I walk 3 times a day at work (during every break) but I don't do that on the weekends. On the weekends I alternate---Saturdays---bowling---Sundays---driving range and eventually 9 holes of golf (I haven't picked up a golf club in over 20 years so I would prefer to practice first then having to scour the woods looking for my balls). So little at a time and I feel great. I have had the headaches but again---it could be my sinuses but i have had no other side affects. The other thing I noticed is that it DEFINITELY curbed my appetite. I don't feel hungry at all and the only reason I seem to be eating is because it is not good to skip meals. But I am not eating much at all and have no desire to eat at all..So that part is great.

Completed my first day on Orovo regular ( too scared to try OD with all the extra ingredients, for now ) and I didn't have a major panic attack; I'm still standing. Note it is a major appetite suppressant. I am going to force myself to wait 1 week for weigh in. Still don't know if I am supposed to alternate weeks, guess I'll call customer service about that.

Discouraged: Yes, Yes, Yes. I know what you speak of. The office that I work at constanly has "pot lucks" heavy on sweets and carbs. I NEVER eat any of it. I take my kids for take-out, burgers, pizza, I NEVER get anything for myself, I come home and make a salad. NEVER order dessert out at dinner, NEVER eat the yummy sourdough bread on the table. The only bread I eat is the low cal, low carb kind, and that only rarely. And here I sit with a starting weigh in of 190.5....Who said life is fair... I know that I must avoid carbs at all costs, thats what got me in this situation in the first place, up until a few years ago I was a total carb addict. Home the damage isn't too much to correct now.

Chicago Gal: I have been doing the Jillian Michaels workouts ( she is a trainer from the Biggest Loser ) and another guy from the same show nammed Bob. I alternate cardio with cardio/wt training workouts every other day Monday thru Friday, using 3# wts.The only reason I continue with the workouts is that I really do feel better, more energy after and I am hoping that I put on some muscle mass, which I think raises your metabolism in the long run. I give myself the weekends off. Jillian Michaels had something similar on her website re; BMR ( basal metabolic rate) , daily activity levels ,etc. I learned that I burn 1521 calories just existing on this planet. According to my other calculations, I should be able to eat 2149 calories a day to maintain my weight!!! SOOOO..... If I eat less than that, I should lose weight, right? I don't believe it. No way do I eat anywhere near 2100 calories....

Am I whining too much?

Patriot: Thanks for the workout advice! I will check her out..I wish i could go on biggest loser! Even though Im not even overweight, just borderline. They lose so much weight tho and pretty fast! I'm only 22...imagine when I have a kid, I will probably weight like 600 pounds. hah. Oh and you're right about the muscle mass. The more you have the more calories you burn. That is why men are able to eat twice as much and not gain weight because most of them are naturally muscular or can be without looking ridiculous. There is no way I am going to become a body builder. So working out in general helps because you lower your body fat.

It's my 1st day off. I took for 8 days by mistake. lost count. but mostly just 1 dose a day. I haven't lost any weight but my waist is 2 in thinner. On my 1st day off now I still have VERY little hunger and quite a few bathroom breaks. No more water than normal. Had a few glasses of juice though. It's like as soon a I eat something, something has to come out. (sorry if that is gross) I feel a bit foggy headed today and I think that is from being off of OD cause that's how I felt before I started taking it. I think the whole point is u are supposed to take it and feel happy and active and therefore do more action, and with the appetite suppressant, eat less. Obviously if we just continue to eat the same as before and not move around any more than before, we will just be jolly & energetic but not necessarily any closer to our ideal weight goals. cheers & good luck ya'll. I'll be back next week when I'm back on it...

Chicago Gal: I know, right ? Those super-obese people drop like 14 lbs in one week. Seems like the more overweight you are, the faster the weight drops at first. Its people like you that have maybe 20 or less pounds to lose hit a plateau and its harder to lose.

Myrtle: I am only doing 2 doses a day, taking only 1 pill before breakfast and lunch because I am still cautious about having bad side effects. But , am I being stupid ? Most of the ingredients are grasses and herbs, and the other 4 ingredients are really benign from the research I did. It does leave me with nausea all day, but I think that is from the cayenne pepper ingredient. And I too am urinating much more, even though I am not drinking that much more water.

Day 15 (first day back on OD after 7 off)

Weigh in: 193/36.8 - well, was surprised that my weight was up - but comforted that my body fat % is down :)

Breakfast: trail mix bar; Lunch: chinese food - some green beans, sweet and sour chicken , some beef dish - but I did NOT want to eat - and only had a small amount of food. Doubt I'll eat much for dinner.

Exercise: day off

I'm feeling a little jittery today - very similar to my first day on during the first week.

Has anyone felt satisfied with their results when just taking OD once a day. I think I like this product - if not for the weight loss - the general benefit of the ingredients - but was thinking I might go to one dose a day so as to be able to take every week? Any thoughts?

Ok so I'm on day 2 of the off OD. I haven't weighed myself yet but I went to buy some clothes and everystore that I walked in to I could fit (& actually look good) a size 12..... I haven't worn that size since high school. I went to get fitted for a bra and I am now a size 34D, which is still big but its not 38DD! I am able to wear shirts that normally I couldn't wear due to my size. I want to say that it was all exercise but I haven't been able to work out for 2 weeks (I tore my knee) so I'm guessing that is the OD!!!!!!! In the last two weeks is when i noticed my major changes........ I'll weigh in on Tuesday and let you know exactly how much pounds I lost cause I know the inches are there for sure.

Just curious ... been reading back through the threads but get lost on how much actual weight loss each person has achieved and how long it took. Or if anyone has reached their target weight.

If you want ... could you post total results and time it took to achieve those results. Would also love to hear from anyone who reached their target and how long it took.

Thanks everyone :)

Well, despite my pretty much unnoticeable results combined with nasty side effects from my first week on OD, I'm trying it again. My wedding is in less than 2 weeks, and I'd do anything to lose another 5-10 lbs! I'll let you know if I have better results during this round.

Well, third day on Orovo regular, and after taking my pill this morning, the nausea and slightly panicky feeling I had the first two days, did not surface. I am still going to wait a full week to weigh in. Am thinking about trying the 7DFB.

Computerchick: You are taking the Orovo regular and 7DFB, no ? How is it?

Wreckhouse: Did your acne clear ? I really advise trying the Murad products if you haven't had much success with products with Benzyl Peroxide as the main ingredient, like Neutrogena and Proactive. Murads ingredient is Salicytic Acid and for the 5% of people who do not respond to Benzyl Peroxide ,it seems to help. Many people have to use a combo of the ingredients, like a wash with Salicytic Acid and a lotion with Benzyl Peroxide. Proactive does now carry a facial wash with Salicytic Acid, but the Murad products are really high quality, more expensive, though.

I have only been taking the OD since Friday but I have TONS of energy and I am only taking one dose a day. I soooo want to start taking 2 doses but I figured I would wait. Thursday will be the last day I take this for 7 days and I will be moving to the 7DFB for the next 7 days. I plan on taking that as directed and then when I go back to the OD taking that correctly being I know I can handle it so far so I have to try. I saw a drop in weight but I think that was just wishful thinking because it was back this morning but I have tons of energy, exercise more and I am in an amazing mood. I p a bit more but that is normal with all that water. I can't wait for Thursday so I can get to it completely.

You guys all have some fantastic stories to tell. I did take my weight when I started and my measurements and when I am done Thursday I will take my measurements again. Good luck to everybody. I have already passed this site along to at least 2 people--its awesome..

Day 16 - 2nd week on

Weight: 190.6/37.4%

Exercise: treadmill 20 minutes (1 mile)

Breakfast: granola cereal, strawberries & bananas; Lunch: steak, cherries, carrots, cheese stick, wheat bread w/butter (sounds like a lot - but small portions); Dinner: small microwave burrito

I felt a little nervous today - jittery - but nothing unmanageable ... feeling good overall - but Lord help - if I could just break 190 I'd be thrilled - been living in the world of 190-194 for what seems like an eternity!

redphoenixca2006: So 4 lbs in 2 wks by my calculations, no? I think thats pretty good, since it sounds from your food logs that you are eating all types of foods, including chips, cookies, pastrami sandwich , pizza, wings... Good God woman, if I could eat those things, even in small portions and still lose 2 lbs/week, I would be verrrrry happy............ You'll break the 190 barrier in no time.My first weigh in will be next Saturday and I just know that those 4 lowly Doritos I ate will come back to get me.

5 Meals a Day

Okay, I keep hearing this from people - but I'm not sure what that actually means! Not trying to be ignorant - but break it down for me like I'm a two year old :)

If I have breakfast at 8am - say cereal. Then at 10am I'm supposed to eat again? Do pretzels count :)

Then eat lunch. Then eat again around 3pm. Then dinner.

Okay - I guess where I'm stuck is what are you supposed to eat between meals?

Am I the only one confused by this? It's okay, really, it won't hurt my feelings if you make fun of me - just follow that up with an answer :)

redphoenixca2006: I eat 5/6 small meals a day. I try to stay around 300 calories each for breakfast and lunch, and my snacks are fruits (about 10 strawberries and/or grapes) or veggies (baby carrots or celery) about 100 calories between breakfast and lunch and then between lunch and dinner, then for dinner well I guess I stay around 500 calories if I can and if so I have a 100 cal packet for a snack that night. I try to stay in the ball park of 1100-1400 a day. I hate to calorie count but thats how I got up these 15 lbs so quick but eatting what I felt like. Hope that helps!

Chicago Gal: Hey I'm 22 too, I'm about to graduate in December! Thank God!!! lol! And I'm also struggling with a little extra weight (about 15lbs that I gained over the past year)! Small world! Good Luck with your new job and the weight lost!!

Patriot: Same here, plateau!! I hate it! I can't help but to think that as we get older we just get bigger, or at least thats what I tell myself to make me feel better...but I don't want to believe that :(

So far...
I'm still taking 4 pills in the morning for breakfast, still on the first bottle and by my calcuations I've been on it for about 2-3 weeks. I've lost 5 consistent lbs. I drop up a lb or 2 and go up a lb or 2 throughout the day but when I weigh myself in the morning I'm 144!! Yea! 9 more lbs to still, I think I'm at a stand still, I prob need to exercise lol! The fiber is working!!! EVen though I have tons of gas (prob between the OD and the fiber) I'm cool. Overall it's gives me energy, cuts my appetite in half and yea that's it! lol

Good luck all! Smooches!
