I got my Orovo(plain) yesterday. I did not order OD because I was scared of the side effects that everybody was experiencing. I took my doses today. I still felt hungry but I could not eat as much as I normally eat. That is only small amount satisfied my hunger! I do not know, it could be psychological. You do have some kind of heart burns and jitteriness but it did not last very long. Probably, I am used to those kind of pills? I used to take Hydroxy Cut(hardcore), which also gave me some heart burns and jitteriness--it helped me lose weight a bit but side effects never went away no matter how long I took it (now, I gained all my weight back!). I am trying to lose 10 lb or so (I workout regulary, and do not eat a lot--I am a small eater). I am really glad that I found this blog!! I wish everybody a good luck.(including me!!). |

I am beginning to feel like the voice of doom, but I think everyone considering these pills hears all honest reports. Today is day 7. I woke up half a pound heavier than I was a week ago. I just can't believe it. I was so hopeful after everything i had read that this would be the little nudge to help me get past a stopping point in my weight. I was very wrong. i eat several small meals a day and I workout. Tomorrow, after having taken 7 full days of pills and all of this water, I will take measurements and post what I record. bah humbug |

I finished the 7DFB which I started before the Orovo Detox, and I stayed exactly the same weight as when I started. So I didn't take the week off, I started the OD this morning. Took my first 4 pills at 7:30 this morning and have no side effects so far, but I did drink tons of water. It does help curve my hunger. I'll give it a few days and then I'll weight in and let everyone know how I've done and if I experience any side effects throughout the rest of the day. |

Biotch Hunter... you are hilarious. I started taking the Orvo about 3 days ago and i immediately felt a burning sensation in my back and stomach and I was literally all over the place with anxiety and jitters. I'm very sluggish and I noticed a change on day two of the pills. I had a dramatic increase in energyand it does curve your appetite. I'm getting married in 2weeks and if I lose anything good if not o-well I'm not putting another dime into anything else but a gym membership!! Take care |

It was my 2nd day on Orovo(regular). I felt hungry again but when I saw the food, I could not eat much. Did not have so much jitteriness today compared to yesterday (still have a little bit of heart burns though). I am planing to stick to the minimal doses(one before breakfast and one before 13:00PM) to see how it goes, and then probably increase the dose. Even though my appertite was curved, I did not have much energy to do my regular workout(probably because I have not eaten much: calroie means energy--- less calroie means less energy???). I am not doing anything out of ordinary to see if it really works (as they have advertised). Anyway, we will see. |

After reading this blog I decided to give it a try....so I am on day 2 of the detox. I ordered on ebay and had it in 2 days! Anyway the person I ordered from sent me an infomation sheet which suggested to start with 1 before breakfast and lunch on day 1, day 2-2, and work my way to 4 to minimize side effects. I wanted to find out how I did before going back to school tomorrow so I went ahead and started with 3 pills each time yesterday and the full 4 today. so far...I have not had ANY side effects! After reading this post and reading the information sheet I was really expecting some. I do feel more energetic but that is it! So I am praying this helps me lose weight as I have a bunch to lose. will keep you all updated closer to day 7. |

Well here it is day 6. Easter was a pig out for me. Mom's cooking was so worth it though. I weighed in this morning at 126 lbs. That is 7 lbs. in 6 days. It could be mind over matter, but I am loving the mind if it is! I feel great. No side affects but energy. I actually can feel my stomach muscles tightening. Imagine if I were to work out to (I think I might start that). It is great the power of positive thinking. Think yourself thin! I upped my 7DFB to 4 before breakfast & 4 before lunch, along with 1 orovo regular. I might start taking the 2 orovo at lunch time today. See how my curbed appetite goes with it. Just a note to Biotch Hunter, I still am eating my steak! I just cut out the potato with the butter & sour cream. I eat more meat now along with veggies. Other than cutting back on candy and high carbs, I still eat the same. Here's to the weight on keeping it off! |

I have been on orovo for two weeks now. The first week I took it with the 7dfb. I think I lost 1 or 2 lbs the first week. I weighed in again yesterday morning and was very pleasently surprised to see that I am now 5 lbs light than I was when I started two weeks ago. I haven't changed my lifestyle very much except for drinking more water and fewer cokes, and with the extra energy I have been feeling I have been able to start going for short walks twice a day (which is a big difference for me). Anyway, I feel great and I am very happy with my results so far. |

Although, I just started walking a couple of days ago (lack of motivation), yesterday, I increased the pace and the distance. I think maybe my motivation, was due to lack of energy. I am considering this diet...I have had trouble with my weight for six years now (after being pregnant and gaining 100lbs) I found one diet that worked tremendously for me in the beginning which was the T Burn combo...I lost 30 lbs in a couple of months and have only put six back on in the past 4 years...however it doesn't work for me anymore. I've tried it twice since the initial three months I did it. I have poly cystic ovarian syndrome (short definition from the gyno, can't loose weight while you have it...only cure is to loose weight) Anyway I was wondering if anyone was on the "extreme" Orovo or if pretty much everyone is using the "regular" formula?? I started detoxing my body today just by limiting what is going in and upping my water intake...accidentally ran across this site and thought hey maybe this might do the trick!! Thanks |

I'm not goint to take a week off. I'm beginning to think that the way they design the directions is just to get rid of the bottles quicker.. and make more money when you're out. 8 capsules a day??? 7 days off??? From what I'm reading a lot of the people on Orovo Detox haven't seen any difference. It was just a scam. :/ |

I have been on Orovo(regular) for 5 days so far. I do not expect too much from this because I am not taking it with 7dfb ( and I am not taking mega doses like some people do) In my opinion, I think (whatever it is) this stuff has something very strong in it, because even though I am on a minimal dose, my appetite is dramatically reduced. I havn't weighed in yet (because I do not think I have lost any pounds yet), but I think if it continues to curve my appetite, I am definitely sure I will lose some weight. Good luck everybody. P.S: Has anybody tried "Orovo Extreme"? |

To all of you not loosing anything I would like to make a suggestion...I saw a nutritionalist for a while when my weight problems first started and she said if you take in the same amount of calories and carbs at as close to the same time everyday about 4-6 hours apart it would help...once the body recognizes a schedule it won't try to hord up and store everything you eat. I have a bad habit of eating whenever or only once a day if I am super buisy....if I do what she said it does help, maybe it would be enough to boost your systems in to overdrive so the Orovo would work even better.
Does anyone know if there is a store that sells these or is it pretty much an online purchase?? |

I am really glad i found this site. I have been thinking about buying orovo, but still no 4-sure. i have a very very busy life. 4 kids, 40 hr job, 2hur daily drive, house and all that...you know the routine type stuff. so I feel like i have no time for me. i just want these extra punds off. i am 5'6 and 192 pounds. I wasnt this big when i delivered any of my children. so i am miserable. i was diagnosed with a thyroid problem about 6 months ago(hypothyroidism)! So I think i have been using that as my excuse for being fat. Do anyone on here have a thyroid problem? my doctor tells me (this is word for word i swear) "if you eat 1 pea a day and still gain weight, than eat 1/2 a pea." well sorry that is just not possible. So i dont really have faith in him anymore. I think he actually thinks i just sit at the table and shovel food in my mouth. which in reality i eat less than my 8 yr old son. but i am still gaining... help! i bake most of my food, i do have a sweet tooth but i think we all do. i can not eat fish... not even if i forced myself. so i was wondering what type of food do you eat on this pill? having 4 kids and a husband i have to cook what they like, but if the foods you eat with this pill isn't to hard i think i could do it. I just dont want to spend the money unless i know this is all possible. please let me know. i love reading your notes. i wasnt able to read a lot because i am at work. but this seems like a great site. thank you |

Hi all! I started Orovo Detox on 03-19-08. So far I have lost 5 lbs! Before I received my plls I began drinking alot more water...Something I have never done in my whole life. I started drinking more about one week prior. I drink approx. 8 tall glasses per day now. The first day I took OD I felt very strange: too alert and too jittery. I almost stopped taking them, but I really want to get rid of about 15 extra lbs, so I forged on. Day two and every day since have been fine. One thing I have to ask about though, I seem a little constipated. I thought a detox was supposed to do the opposite. I have added some fiber to my diet, so I will see if that helps. On some days I take the doses as recomended. Other days I take 4 at breakfast 2 at lunch and 2 at dinner. or 4 breakfast 4 dinner. I can only recall one night when I had trouble sleeping. I am trying to eat a little better, but I have not exercised at all this week. I pigged out for Easter though, and ate almost a whole box of spicy cheezits the other night, and still I lost weight! I pee all the time though! Good luck to everyone! Just for reference I am 5'4" started at 133 and weighed in tonight at 128! |

hello everyone, so far so good. day 3 and my weigh in this morning revealed a loss of 6 lbs!!! I'm alittle skeptic because over the easter weekend i gained 7lbs so i think alot of it is water retention. I will be a believer once i get less then 204. that is my plateau wieght. so, for the record, my weight today is 205 and when i started it was 211. my normal weight is 204, so wish me luck! i'll keep you posted. Hi everyone,
I started reading your comments before i ordered my orovo and it gave me the push to complete the transaction. I bought mine on Ebay and silly me didn't realise that what i actually ordered was the Orovo Original rather than Detox. Being an impatient person i started taking them anyway rather than go to the hassle of trying to send them back.
That was Saturday. i did notice a slight increase in energy but in a good way, not a jittery, about to take a panic attack way that i was scared of. My appetite has definately been curved, to the point that i force myself to eat the first two meals of the day (by dinner time i am hungry, maybe due to the fact i have taken all my pills for the day).
I haven't been to the gym this week, i have been eating my Easter chocolate and i have ate not particularly healthy evening meals. Impatience got the better of me yesterday (again) as i have been feeling my clothes loose on me. 4 pounds lighter according to my scales
4 Days minus 4 pounds, not bad.
I do think though that this may also be due to the fact i haven't drank my usual quota of alcohol at the weekend. But i'm pleased so far. |

I'm about to start the pills, but from reading it seems like everyone takes a different amount of pills at different times. Is there not a set instruction of how many to take? Is it based on your current weight? Also, is anyone else here on birth control? I wanted to know it it would interfere at all. I also take a vitamin every morning, can I continue doing that or should I stop since I'll have the Orovo? Of course I see there are positives and negatives from everyone, but we are all different and it may not work for everyone. Thanks to everyone for posting! |

help- I think that changing your eating habits and doing more activities throughout the day will get you better results. I'm not sure you have to eat less in order to see results, its more about healthy choices. anything is ok in moderation, just be cautious of everything you are puting into your body! after all, this is a detox. If you are ingesting processed foods, rather then raw organic unprocessed foods, the longer it will take to see results! I hope that helps a little bit. the more effort you put in, the more weight will come off! Good luck, i hope you have better progress. Cheers |

Hello all. I am waiting for my first bottle of detox to arrive. I will give a little background.
I am 31 year old mother to three kids ages 8, 6, and almost 2. I have always struggled somewhat with my weight. Before having kids I weighed about 145 or so, which is a great weight for me at 5'6". After having my third child, I weighed in at 180. Last June I bought a book called The Best Life Diet, and ended up losing 17 pounds on that, super easy. I have since been stuck at about the 165ish spot. I was attracted to Orovo as I am a big believer in living a natural life, and Orovo sounds to be about the most natural method to give a jump start out there. I would really like to lose another 15 to 20 pounds.
I am hoping to get my first bottle by the middle of next week. I just wanted to give some advice that really helped in losing the 17 pounds. I don't eat anything after about 7:30 at night. This was ROUGH for me, as we have popcorn or whatever at night with the kids. Also, make sure you are eating at least three meals a day (healthy meals) and at least one healthy snack per day. I also bought myself a pedometer and made a goal of 10,000 steps per day. And I agree with the one who said a positive attitude goes a long ways. I suggest everyone read or/and watch The Secret.
Good luck to us all! I will post more when I start my first day! :)

Adge - Maybe you purchased the regular Orovo and not the detox.
I am not having any problems sleeping like some people have had. I am feeling a bit more energetic than I have been, I am hoping that the detox is working. It is day 3 for me and I have 30lbs to lose (less would be ok but I would like to be at 120) so I have been excercising again as well. I am hoping that I can get myself back on track with this detox. I am doing the 7dfb, then I am going to do the Orovo detox, then the 7dfb and then the Orovo detox again. Hopefully by then I will be closer to my goal and feeling better. The 7dfb really seems to be working and it is a great jump start. I hope we all reach our goals!!! |

As usual this hasn't budged my weight one bit, but hopefully will jumpstart the effects once my Orovo gets here. Anybody want to share some good low carb recipies?? hey gang, honestly i have to say all your input has helped me tremndously in confirming i did the right thing - i just ordered my first bottle this morning & we'll see how it goes.
I've tried plenty of others that just felt like water pills only to see what was flushed down the porcelain telephone to appear back on my ass only a few days later.... (EX: Slimquick, Slimquick Extreme, Herba-Life, Phen-Phen, Xenadrine, & Slimfast)
The only ones that actually made a difference is Metaphormine (doctor prescribed) this did some damage on my excess weight, but having it prescribed became a pain in the butt to maintain and blood work became costly. The other final one that made a huge difference was the Atkins diet. I lost enough weight to be happy for my wedding day, but alas i craved the pasta and cereal like a mad woman!
I'm hoping that (yet another) little pill will give me the boost i need.
Thanks! \m/ |

Day 4 for me and I am breaking out. Has anyone else experienced this? I haven't seen anything in the previous posts. I have read that this can be the result of a detox. I was wondering what happens if you eat before the 1/2 hour on the 7dfb, I did it this morning. Anyone have a clue? Also I don't find that I am running to the bathroom all day like some of the posts, nothing has changed in that department. I hope I am not doing something wrong!!
I also wanted to just tell everyone that we are all here with a common goal, some have more weight to drop then others, but we are all amazing and beautiful just as we are. Our arm, legs, and body have gotten us to this point! My arms (as fat as I think they are) allow me to pick up my children, same thing for my legs which get me from place to place and make a lap for my children to sit. We may not be crazy about how they look right now, but they are effective and beautiful all the same. If you lost your body, ie parapalegic in a wheelchair, you would pray to have your same old body back!! I read that in a magazine and WOW what an eye opener! I wish I would have read it years ago because I spent years of my life thinking I was fat (now I see pictures of my self in a bikini and I can't believe how I ever thought I was fat) what a waste of time.
I hope we can all remember weight is just a number and our body is our vessel and it is an amazing thing. A work in progress I like to think. We are all beautiful and have amazing qualities that make us special and unique. Good luck to all of us on our weight loss just make sure the weight doesn't define you. Remember that you are fabulous!! |

i just ordered orovo (original) with the 7dfb. i've been reading that orovo is ranked number one on a lot of the review sites so i am hoping to see some results. One thing that I think may be helpful to note is that the orovo representative told me that the orovo detox has the same ingredients as the 7dfb, so the orovo detox and the 7dfb should not be taken together. hopefully i will come back with some feedback with some positive results. |

Canadian24 I have really pretty good eating habits and I walk and do weights, I just don't have a metabolism, zero, none. Need something to kick start it. I was hoping doing the detox would reset it.
I did weight this morning, this being my 7th day and I finally lost 1 pound. Maybe I'm just a slow starter.
Has anyone NOT taken the 7 days off and just continued on taking them consecutively when you only lost 1 point. |

I can tell a difference if I don't drink a lot of water with the pills, the jittery feeling and I get a small headache. But when I drink all the water you are suppose to I feel fine. I think that is the key, at least it is with me. It hasn't kept me up at night either and I've taken them at breakfast time and then at dinner time and not at lunch.
Still waiting to see if anyone has not skipped the one week off if they only lost 1 pound and did the weeks consecutive. Please let me know since today will be my last day of my first week. |

This is my first week on orovo detox. So far I don't have any strange feeling or lack of sleep. I am trying to lose 20 to 30 pounds and as of thursday, I have lost 5. The only thing I do besides taking the pills, is eat less then I did before and exercise more. I try to push myself a little harder each day, so that I can sweat more. This works for me. I also don't believe in any miracle pill, so I am using this as an aid to help me lose the weight. So to anyone out there, I say try to do a little more each day (exercise that is)and see if you body will react and help you lose you weight. Also if you start to look better in the mirror, but you are losing weight slowly, that still a good thing. |

Thanks, Angeliksmyle. I am in a weight loss contest at work with 6 other guys. I am not having trouble losing weight (lost 20 lbs in February) yet, but I know I will get to a point where the weight loss will get tougher. I'm looking for something that will help the weight loss once I start to stall. Good old exercise, portion control, and eating healthy will only take me so far. |

hola peeps - Day 1 on the OD. The only thing that i've experienced thus far is slight warming sensation in my chest. Nothing painful mind you...think of it as taking a shot of your fav alcohol ;). I've taken pills before that caused the jittery/weirds since being on an empty stomach, but OD hasnt brought any of this on. Also, i was able to eat my breakfast with out any issues (maybe thats my problem :p) but normally on other diet pills i couldnt even STAND that thought of food...i think thats what screwed my system.
I feel confident about taking the pills for my second dose :)

Its true what they say about the freshamn 15! (in my case, 22!!) So I'm going to try out orovo detox and see how it works! Do you guys recommened starting it on a weekday or weekend? I have school and work during the week, so I'm pretty busy, so if I take them, am I going to feel cruddy all day? also, how far apart should you space taking the 4 pills? I usually eat breakfast around 7:30 and lunch around 12:00. is that enough time?
All of your stories are inspiring, and I can't wait to hear about the final results!!

Hi All! I have been reading everyone's comments over the past week or so, and I must be in the small percentage of people for whom Orovo just simply doesn't work....at all.
I am a 37 year old mom of 2 young boys, and I am 10 lbs over my "comfy" weight. I am a former aerobics/kickboxing instructor, but that was 10 years ago. I started taking Orovo to help kick-start me back into a weight-loss/fitness lifestyle that was halted two years ago when I had a brain hemorrhage - I'm fine now, and have been for some time, so after doing a lot of research on different weight-loss aids, it seemed Orovo could be the ticket for me. My goal is to become more lean (especially in my midsection), and enter at least two 5K runs this summer. I just finished my third cycle of Orovo yesterday and have not lost one ounce. In addition to taking Orovo, I have made a lot of healthy substitutions in my eating habits, and have gotten back into doing a 1-hour step-aerobics routine 3x/week. Nothing. Not even a change in inches. Of course, with exercising more I do have increased stamina and better muscle strength, but the major target-zone...my mid-section...has not changed a bit. I have taken Orovo as per the instructions, increased my H2O intake....yada, yada, yada...nothing.
If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it! I'm glad Orovo is working for some of you - I guess the bottom line is that everyone's different, and what might work for one may not work for another. Oh well...perhaps it's back to the drawing board!!
Take care, all...! :) |

There is a clear pattern on this site. Almost 100% of the people who have used this site have either just started, just bought and are waiting or are thinking about it. There aren't many, if any, people who have truly lost weight using orovo. The one thing it does is curb your appetite. But for people like me to watch what I eat, exercise and still need to lose 30 pounds, it does nothing. If there are some of you on this list who have lost more than a few pounds of water, please prove me wrong and let us know how far you are in your cycles and how much you lost. |

Question for all you people and I'm not trying to be a smart as*. Are any of you working out on this stuff? I guarantee you that you will lose a considerable amount of weight if you so cardio along with taking the supplements? On most of these posts, I haven't seen much about exercising. Exercising will also help get rid of the insomnia problems you are having. |

Hi All,
Nothing revelation-like here - just some babble and commentary....
I am 44, a lilliputian-like 5'1" and 143 lbs. I went on Nutrasystem 08/06 and lost 16 lbs. I didn't think that the food was quite as bad as another blogger mentioned, but like any other program, it works if you work it. And after awhile I began to slip and before I knew it, it was all back on. After many Mondays of starting yet again to 'be good', I decided to do South Beach again. That on the heels however of feeling desperate and ordering Orovo. So I understand that if I actually stick to both over the course of the next 2 weeks, it won't be entirely possible to tell if the weight loss is due to the diet or the Orovo.
Before my order actually arrived I started poking around and found a lot of negative 'scam' like information on the web that really bummed me out. Then I found this blog which I find refreshing as I feel like I am hearing from real people.
So I've read the entire blog. Most of the comments seem to be around the detox product (I ordered the Dietary supplement, 4-pill-per-day product and the 7 day fat burner). I have to say I am a little freaked out by the side effects people are experiencing. I am not a health nut by any stretch. I get on my treadmill almost everyday and do a minimum of 2 miles. I need 7 - 8 hours of sleep to feel good in the morning. I've taken a multivitamin every day for years and also take calcium and vitamin C. I am on no medication at all, unless you count the hormone slowly released by my Mirena IUD (the best thing since sliced bread). But I am sufficiently freaked out enough to be a bit worried about how I am going to react to these pills. The ingredients seem innocuous (sp?) enough, but really - who knows?? That being said I took only 1 this morning, with the 12 oz of water as directed, and followed up a 1/2 hour later with my breakfast. That was about 3 hours ago. All I am feeling is a tiny bit 'buzzy' and perhaps a bit more thirsty than usual. I may or may not be peeing more... 12 oz of water and a medium decaf iced coffee from DD could be contributing factors ;) I am debating on whether or not I will take 1 before lunch. The thought of not getting a good night's sleep freaks me out. I haul my ass out of bed at 4:30 every morning to do the treadmill and then go to work all day. I must be rested!!
I am really worried about taking the 7 day fat burner. That's sitting in my drawer for me to contemplate over the next few weeks. April school vacation is coming and I am taking that week off. I don't want to be at work on this stuff - especially if I don't really know how it's going to make me feel. Did anyone go to work all day on this stuff? Mostly I don't want to be running to the ladies room to pee and poop all day. I have days when I am in and out of meetings. Not very condusive to a detox.
I think that all of us have heard, especially in reference to dieting, that moderation is the best way to go. I think the folks who decided to take it slow and NOT do the full dosage as recommended out of the gate are taking the right approach. So I chose to do the same thing.
I also think that we all have very different body chemistrys and thus reactions will vary. And they seem to run the gamut here - from no problems at all to 'Jane - get me off this crazy thing'....(Jetson's reference for those too young to get it. And hey - did you hear they're making Speed Racer into a movie?? Oh my God - I'm so there..but I digress...)
I think at the end of the day it is really about eating right and getting exercise, even though I am one of those that signed up and ordered this stuff. I am no different from anyone else looking for some extra help or that magic bullet. I guess I just wish I had the self control day in and day out to eat right - but hey - sometimes those peanut M&Ms literally call my name from the supermarket aisle.
So please keep the comments coming...they are very helpful and make me feel like I'm not alone in what I feel to be a perpetual state of attempting to lose weight.

Hi. I started Orovo Detox 4 days ago. I am a healthy 128 lb, 27 year old. However, I don't know if I actually like this product. I feel like it takes me very high in the morning and crashes me out by about 6pm. I feel bottomed out, worn down, and irritable by 6pm. I take the first 4 pills at 10am. Than the next at 3pm. My clothes fit better, but honestly I feel awful. I drink a ton of water, spend a lot of time in the bathroom and I am ravenous by dinner time. I'm gonna stick it out and finish the bottle though. Other pills in the past made me feel very jittery and absolutely nutz. This does not. I don't feel jittery at all. Just tired and hungry. |

Hi - Smiley - I am taking the dietary supplement - not the detox.
A brief update: As I mentioned above, this was day 1 for me. I took one pill around 8:15 AM. I decided not to take another before lunch. I felt a little buzzed for a good part of the day after that one pill. I tad head-achy. Peed more frequently. Symptoms started letting up around 3ish. I was hungry A LOT today, but remained on the straight and narrow diet-wise. I will try another one pill tomorrow morning and see if I still feel the same symptoms. If I do, I will not take one at lunch again. My plan is to evaluate how I feel daily and judge what my dosage should be. Curious what the scale will say... |

Okay.. today was day two for me on the Orvo (not detox). Day one I felt a little jittery in the afternoon but I drank even more water and felt better. I recieved the 7-DFB yesterday finally, but havent started taking them with the Orvo yet. I drank alot of water before, and drink even more now. I find myself not feeling very hungry until evening, but yet never a feeling of I'm completely hungry. So far I'm how this is working. Lost 3 pounds already and I know someone posted doubts saying we were losing water... but like I said.. I drank ALOT of water before and drink even more now.. so I seriously doubt it. I'm still eating healthy and exercising. I definately notice a increase in energy! Thank you all for posting, it helps me keep up. WE all have a common goal.. good luck to us all! |

OK....My Detox finally came last Friday........I weighed my odds of this working when I purchased it and decided to go ahead because so many people have gotten an energy boost from it so my thoughts were even if it didn't help break my long term plateau I'd be happy to just get a boost of energy!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!! I'm not jittery or "high" I have been able to concentrate on even the tasks I normally hate to do. I haven't had any "crashes". Orovo has made it easier to drink all the water I have been forcing myself to drink because for once in my life I'm thirsty for water!! I don't crave anything!!! I eat a meal and don't feel that want for something else, my fiance even ate Doritos in front of me and I didn't have the slightest urge to have one...this is a miracle for me because they are one of my weaknesses. If nothing else they will definately make it easier for me to stick to my healthy diet plan just because all cravings seem to be gone.
I am having one side effect that I really don't see any other posts on...my "Labido" is out of control, the poor fiance is wore out. When we went to bed last night it was actually him who said "don't even think about it, I'm going to sleep"!!!!!!!! And we have never had any issues what so ever in this department to start with so this is like insane!! LOL I'm not complaining, I'm sure the extra cardio workout will help in the long run! I'm just a little freaked by how strong this urge has become. Has anyone else had anything like this happen?? |

Hi - Smiley - glad to offer my experience.
And speaking of that, an update on Day 2 of the odyssey: I took only one pill again before breakfast. Still got the same buzz, but as other posters mentioned, I drank some more water and it seemed to help. The buzziness definitely has not lasted as long as yesterday, however I still did not take another pill before lunch. Still concerned about not sleeping. Last night I was up and down a few time to pee and was definitely more restless. I don't have any trouble sleeping so any blip is noticable to me. I was a little tired when I got up this morning.
So, still playing it safe here. One pill a day, rather than the 2 - 4 that is recommended for the dietary supplement dosage. (I'm a weenie). I wonder if I took one pill a day for 40 days it would have the same impact as 2 pills a day for 20 or 4 pills a day for 10. Thoughts?
I weighed myself on Saturday morning..I was 143.5. Did not weigh myself yesterday - day 1 -but did this morning...142. South Beaching it again, too. Phase 1. Kill me. The honey wheat pretzels from across the aisle in my neighbors cubicle are KILLING me right now. But I will prevail!!!!! |

Day 7.... I have lost a total of 9 POUNDS! I started my OD on Easter Sunday (164 lbs) weighing in this morning at 155 lb. I took the recommended dosage 4 before breakfast (830) 4 before lunch (1230). In the beginning I notice several trips to the bathroom. My water intake was more, so I figured that it was normal. In all my researching prior to taking OD, I could not find a meal plan or excersise plan, so I continued to eat all the foods I was cooking for my family but realized that the portion's were smaller. I also started excersising; walking, treadmil, some weights. Not over doing it, just the basics. Although, I found I did not have much of an appetite, I would almost force myself to eat something so I could avoid headaches. Believe me, I was a sceptic in the beginning because I had tried everything, slim quick, slim quick extreme, weight watchers, atkins, hoodia, etc. But OD really controlled my appetite. I had more energy. Although, I did notice by the end of the day, I felt tired and pretty hungry. So not to pig out at dinner, I would munch on something while cooking. I also, refrained from the occasional glass (bottle)of wine. I did not want to make excuses for myself, if this didn't work, so I pretty much refrained from everything, sweets included. Then I found smart meal desserts! Its just enough to take the edge off "chocolate". Something eles I tried, was to eat my meals very slowly. At the first sign of being full, leave the table, clean off your plate! Run, in the opposite direction! I tried sitting and having conversations with everyone but I continued to shovel food in my mouth! I read something awhile ago, was that when you reach your target weight; weigh yourself 1-2x a week, once you tip the scale 3 pounds more, stop and start watching what you eat and hit the gym. This will help to maintain your weight. DUH, I never thought of that before, of course if I had, I wouldn't be here today, tipping the scales. I know we are all looking for that one pill, that one diet, but this works, have hope! Watch your portions, do some sort of excersise. I have 30lbs to go and I feel hopeful! Finally, a diet that I didn't have to starve or sacrafice my favorite foods. Good Luck to everyone! |

CRG- the jitters really vary by person. I experienced them in my first few days (but not in the "make you feel like you're on crack" kind of way lol) of Orovo Detox, but not so much anymore. I would reccommend Orovo Original Caffeine Free if you already know about your heart issue. If you bought through Orovo directly, you can return the regular Orovo you bought for a refund and reorder the Caffeine free. You may even be able to catch a Live-help person before it gets mailed out, but if it was last night, you may be too late. They usually ship next business day. I thought about taking Alli. My friend does... but I realized my food intake wasn't really high enough in fat for it to work... and that if it was, like my friend, I'd be in the potty all day. Not really appealing to me lol so I went towards Orovo. I take it and I sell it. It's amazing stuff:) I noticed today that my mood was greatly enhanced. Has anyone else noticed that?
Good luck! |

Hi Smiley--I have been being the quiet observer for awhile--a new role for me. I just finished my experimental week that turned into more than a week with the Hoodia and Super Dietmax I had left. What an utter and complete waste of time! I not only did not lose one pound--I gained two back and I now have a nice urinary tract type infection to deal with. At least, that is what my years of experience with that burning sensation is telling me. Yep--been guzzling cranberry juice for four days now because I ran out of my cran tablets. I quit going to a doctor for this type of thing years ago, when I found out the juice and tablets really do work, with lots and lots of water of course. I am usually able to head one off within a few days, but we traveled this week with five hours of travel time each way, so I lost the first round. Anyway, I have it about licked and as soon as I am sure, I am going back on my Orovo.
I am going to finish up reading all the new posts and then will be back in once I start up again. Good luck everyone. |
