I'm on my first day with detox. Took 2 this morning with no negative results and 4 before lunch with no negative results. I've been reading this blog from start to finish for a couple weeks, and have noticed that there are alot of people not letting us know their progress over the last 3-7 days...like biotch hunter to just name one. :o) Are you guys alive and ok, or have you given up on Orovo? After doing lots of searches (google) I still have found few reports of anyone who has done this for very long or lost anymore weight than 10 lbs. Seems like most of the "It's fabulous" reports come from people associated with E-Bay which I don't know if that's a true testimony or if it's just about sales (not wanting to be negative and disbeleive, but?) So, I wondering...where everyone is who started off at the beginning of this blog,is there a possibility of losing more than 7-10 lbs, and will this be a hard adjustment to go OFF the detox...? Hey Max...appreciated your knowledge on diet. How are you doing on detox? Keep on keepin' on everyone!!

Hi everyone I'm on my 3rd day of O.detox and haven't really felt much of anything. My weight hasn't budged an ounce. I may be a little less hungry, but it's pretty subtle if that's true. Has anyone tried taking more than 4 per meal? I'm not a big person 5'4 135 lbs (I prefer being 125)so I'm a little afraid to try more. But if anyone has experimented with amounts, I'd like to hear about it. I'm about to go on a beach vacation and neither my suit nor my summer clothes fit! |

It's the morning of day 3 and last night was THE worst sleep I have probably had in my whole life. I'm one of those people that is tired, lays down and is out in about 10 minutes for the majority of the night. Last night I went to bed and laid there for an hour, got back up and did stuff and went back to bed after midnight and laid there for at least another hour. Then every time I rolled over, I woke up again and had to lay there forever to get back to sleep. Now it's 8 am and I am up for the day, I suppose. I'm willing to roll with the punches if this works-so here's hoping my body adjusts to this a bit better today! Nicole-I would not recommend taking more pills-the instructions are there for a reason. You don't want to hurt yourself! |

I normally go on my exercise bike for at least a half hour a day, so will try to incorporate that today if I'm not sick again! |

Hello - I'm thinking about buying Orvo so I've been doing research like all of you have. I noticed on here people talking about off weeks? Are you supposed to use every other week? I haven't found any other places that discuss off weeks. Do you have to take weeks off? I have a wedding in July so if I don't have to take weeks off, it would be better for me. I appreciate any and all feed back.

Hey Got2Lose! The directions for the detox(and I think the regular form) are 4 pills 1/2 hour before breakfast with 16 oz of water and again before lunch. You do that for 7 days and then take 7 days off and then do it again. A bottle will last you for 2 cycles(so 4 weeks). I think that if you didn't take the time off it might be a little hard for your system, so I can't say I would recommend it, but I guess it all depends on how comfortable you are with that. I've been feeling pretty crappy these first few days on it, but I feel better today than I did yesterday, now that my body is adjusting to the pills and the insane amount of water. |

I got my Orovo original and two bottles of 7DFB's yesterday. I started this morning and took 6 of the DFB's and one Orovo. It's only been 1.5 hours and I've had to pee twice already. I did drink 24 ounces of water with the pills.
I am trying Orovo because I need to loose 100+ pounds and needed a "jump start". I don't expect it to be a miracle but I just need a little something to get started. I have a back problem that requires surgery to fix but I'm too overweight for the doctor to even consider me for surgery. So, basically, I am nearly always in pain and can't do much for exercise. Hopefully Orovo will give me the hope that I need to get the excess weight off so I can start feeling better.
I am already noticing that I'm a little jittery after only the first round of pills. I actually feel like cleaning house...something that has been difficult to even try for the last 6 months. I have to pee again already.
Good luck to all who are here who need to loose weight. I'll keep you posted on my progress. |

I've only just started taking orovo yesterday, (thats the 7 DFB) so far so good- don't know about weight loss as I'm a lowly student who can't afford scales :( lol Does anyone know if orovo can be taken with contraceptive pills?? I'm pretty sure it should be okay, I mean its made of all natural ingredients and I can imagine that green tea deactivates the pill! But I would definitely rather be safe then sorry!!! Last thing I need right now is too get pregnant, during University!
Also has anyone found that they still lost weight taking only half the recommended dose?? It's just that I'm considering taking less of the pills or perhaps spreading them out over the day.. I always feel ridiculously full after taking the pills (by this I don't mean "ooh that was a good dinner, I feel full".. I mean "Man that was an Indulgent Christmas dinner with all the trimmings!")
But I'm not usually a big eater anyway, I'm one of those people that eats little and often, so maybe taking the recommended 12 capsules spread out over the day would be a better option for me. I'll find out and get back to you! |

I've been on Orvo Detox for three days. I have led a very healthy lifestyle and been on a Detox diet program for nearly a year. I go to the gym nearly everyday. I only need to lose about 20 lbs total, and I'm under 30. I stepped up my diet program, increased my workout time, and started takibg O Detox. I lost 4 lbs in 2 days. I know it was mainly water due to my frequent trips to the restroom but I would say it definitly is working, definitly doing something. I have more energy but no jitters. No bad diahrea or strange side effects but I also don't live a very toxifiying life. The more toxic your body is the worse the side effects may be. My advice is if your having bad side effects is to cut the dose in half and work your way up. Keep toxic intake to a minimum and reserach a Detox diet program to keep it off. Also there are no miracle pills out there. If you want to make a positive, permenant change in your weight you need to improve your overall health and lifestyle. Excersize and healthy food will always be the benifical underlying root to any weight loss health improving program. I truley believe this may be the safest pill out there and I would never take anything that wasn't all natural or works while still living an extermly unhealthy lifestyle. |

just finished first week of taking OROVO, could not wait to weight myself. Nothing came off, 0 ponds, everything as it was. I am 27 years old, my weight is 117lb. My plan was to loose 5-7lb before summer and get rid of little belly. Am exersising about 1 hour every day, eating very healthy, and no food after 6pm. Very upset of waisting 50$ and not getting even temporary result. Tomorrow will start my 7 days OFF and than will get back to finish, but i am sure nothing will happen. Hopefully I am wrong, but this is my feeling. I will write again in 2 weeks. |

Alright, so besides having no sleep the evening of day 2, day 3 went pretty good. Until the evening. I ate a healthy supper and was feeling pretty tired, so I went to be around 9:30. Took me a little bit to get to sleep, but I thought things were fine. Then I woke up at 2 am and have been up ever since(it's now 6 am) with horrible stomach pains and diarreha. I have spent most of the night in the bathroom, and I finally just threw up but of course, there's nothing there but stomach acid. I feel like death. I might have to not take it today and start out small. I want to sleep but I still feel sick and although I am exhausted, I can't sleep. I just close my eyes and lay there. |

I have just finished my first week of Orovo Detox and dropped 5 pounds by not changing my diet or adding exercise. I feel good and feel like I lost some inches. I have to start keeping track of that. This week is my off week. I will try to watch what I eat and not pig out. I don't feel starving as much any more. I felt bad just the first couple of days on the pill, but nothing since then. I still have energy, but not as so much as the first couple of days. I feel warmer at night, I have no stomach issues. I will be posting how my off week goes. |

I finished my first day of Orovo original plus 7DFB. I had no real issues with day one so I'm working on day two. The only difficulty I had was drinking so much water made me feel a little sick. I'm sure I was/am dehydrated and drinking water will only help but it will take a while to get used to so much of it again. I felt an increase in energy yesterday. I ended up exercising twice, I'm usually lucky to get one session in. No problems with sleeping, I was ready for bed at 9:00 but exercised from 9:15 to 9:45. I was asleep by 10:00 even with exercising that close to bedtime. The first half of yesterday was pretty light eating but I noticed by late afternoon that I was actually really hungry. Hopefully today will not be the same as far as being hungry late in the day. It is too early to tell about any weight loss. My scale is a cheap one with a dial...I think a digital scale will be an upcoming purchase. |

Alright-after being up all night, I actually don't feel so bad for someone with almost no sleep. I sipped a Powerade all morning to get some liquids and vitamins back into my system and managed to down a bowl of oatmeal. Come lunch time, I took 2 Detox pills instead of 4 because I wasn't sure how my system would handle all the water. Ate some soup and some chicken and I feel fine. Will update again tomorrow! |

Hello all!
I have been reading this site for the last week or so... And I figured it's about time I post something! :)
I started taking Orovo Detox the afternoon I received it in the mail. I felt pretty good, and was able to sleep that night. I have been taking it since last Thursday... However, I only took 4 capsules in the mornings over the weekend. I didn't have a chance to take them before lunches, as I was out with family. But, even missing doeses, I still noticed sustained energy throughout the day. I wasn't as hungry (even though I still craved soft-serve liek crazy... it's my biggest weakness lol).
I was able to take my full doses yesterday and today. I take 4 in the morning on my drive to work, so by the time I get to work I'm able to eat my breakfast becasue the alotted 30 minutes has passed. I take 2 more before lunch, then 2 more about an hour later. I find that if I drink my water with a straw, it's a lot easier to drink more... My co-workers made fun of me for having a straw in my water bottle, but oh well! It's easier for me! :) I've also become quite fond of the Crystal Light individual packet things. Green Tea Raspberry is my favorite.
I have noticed a slight reduction in my tummy size, which is very exciting. I'm 5'6, and last time I stepped on the scale it read '208' and I almost cried. The only thing that stopped me was the fact I was standing in the middle of Bed Bath & Beyond. I am too nervous to step on the scale anytime soon... Mainly because I don't want to get too excited just yet. But I have noticed a difference.
I want to lose about 50lbs, so my dad told me I should just eat healthier (um, duh?). But, that doesn't go well for someone addicted to sugar like me! LoL so today I snacked on baby carrots dipped in ranch, had a salad for lunch, and have traded my usual Dr. Peppers for Diet Cokes. We'll see how it goes. Naturally I'm still hungry, but I'm hoping I can learn to eat proper portions, not eat until I'm stuffed. |

One bonus-I don't crave crappy food yet at all and I've been off it for 30-some hours now. And I ALWAYS crave cookies and burgers! |

I am still very thirsty and drink water. I have not had a chance to do any walking or exercise. My mood has changed over the last week ro so, I am not as easily agitated and seems like I have more patience. I am also getting my period this week and usually my face breaks out...nothing yet. I feel great today. I still have a ton of energy. Last night I packed up all my stuff (I'm moving on Saturday this weekend) and did a few loads of laundry... Which I finished around 11pm. I was wide awake while doing all those chores, but when I laid down to go to sleep, I drifted right off.
I love Orovo Detox. I have noticed I go #2 more often, which is fine with me! It means more bad stuff is going out than coming in. LOL
My pants are still getting noticeably looser, which I'm happy about.
On a side note - I went to Fred Meyer to get a 12pk of Diet Coke, and regular price for it is $7.99 per 12pk!!! I was shocked! I know placed like Safeway have good sales on it, but I was just taken aback at the regular price of it. UGH. |

Hello Carloina Girl... thanks for the nice comment. If you eat white carb's eat them just before you work out or right after because your body is still buring you have up to 45 minutes that your body will burn after a workout. White carbs as you know are pure sugar, and use it for energy not just to eat, eating white catbs after a certain time of day like in the evening when your body has slowed down all it does is store the food and is not burning the sugar so it turns to fat. Same with most fruits, people think its alright to eat fruit at night well it's not because your body doesn't know the difference between natural sugar and man made sugar, sugar is sugar to your body and if your just sitting around your body just stores it and then it becomes fat, same with carrots they are all sugar. For a snack I have one of those quaker muilitgrain cakes and I put natural peanut butter on it and that really fills me up and it really doesn't taste that bad and not a lot of sugar. Whole grains and multigrains are better for you it doesn't raise your insulin level same as sweet potatoes they do not either. There are many foods you can eat to fool your taste buds. I have many reciepes for this, if you or anyone wants any let me know and I will post them. If you have any questions my email is redpr4@aol.com |

I think that people who say they have more energy is because they feel the jittery feeling. I also think like a plasibo people think they are losing weight when if they could not eat much the first 2 days that is why. I think it is a waste of money |

OK, I just started taking my pills yesterday, and I am going to do my best to post here every couple days for a month. I keep reading about people in their first 2 weeks, but haven't seen much beyond that. I am currently 27 years old, 5'6'', and weigh 149 pounds. I know, I know, 149 is really not that overweight, but I work as a personal trainer and fitness is a huge part of my life. I have always been in great shape, and am skilled at helping others reach their goals also. However, after I got married 2 years ago, I slowly put on weight (aaaagh, the bliss of newlywed life)until before I knew it, I had gained almost 30 pounds. I was up to 164, but have lost 15 due to Weight Watchers and an extremely tough exercise routine. I want to get back to about 130, but am stuck at this frustrating plateau, whch is why I ordered Orovo Detox. I don't expect it to be a miracle pill, but I am hoping it will kick-start my body into losing weight again. I restrict my calories to 1200-1500 a day, as well as exercise 3-5 xs a week. I really should be losing more weight. It is so frustrating because I work 10 times harder than most people I know, but I just can't seem to take more off. I started these pills yesterday, and will admit, I felt a little odd throughout the day. I didn't feel sick really, it was more of a "high". I wasn't very hungry and I had a little too much energy. It was sorta like when I took ephedra years ago. I was a little shaky and talked really fast, and I also had bad gas all day. Today, I feel about the same. The shakiness is a little bit better, but my gas is still there and I feel very self-conscious about that (My husband joked that his farts smelled like roses compared to mine. Coming from the "Gas Man" himself, that is really saying a lot.) I slept fine last night, but then again, I took my afternoon dose at about 11:30 AM, 30 minutes before my lunch. I read somewhere on this board that if you take the pills later in the afternoon, it can cause sleeplessnes. Thank God that wasn't me. I am going to take my pills at 7:30, and then again at 11:30 every day to avoid this. Keep posting everyone- I promise to do the same. I will weigh myself again on Monday to see how much I have lost in the first 4 days, and then again on Thursday. Wish me luck and best of luck to all of you! |

Hi:
I ordered my Orovo Detox today. The ingredients look decent enough. I do not think I will suffer too much from them such as the other diet pills with all the chems in it. I never ever believed in the pill diet bc it had never worked for me - just a big lose of money. I am 34 going to be 35 very soon and have recently started going to the gym again and I am 95% of the time a healthy eater. I have about 15 lbs to lose. I lost about 30 lbs when I went on South Beach about 4-5 yrs ago. It had worked for me until recently. So I have decided to do it the "alternative" way - cheating. I am doing it and hope it works bc my back cannot carry the weight and my heart also. I need to be at a certain weight otherwise I have these back pain and arrhythmias. I have read this but am confused about the dosage. So you are suppose to take 8 pills a day and splitting that 4 in the am (breakfast)and 4 in the pm (lunch) - but can I take it all at once in the morning? I am also looking forward to the other benefits this product seems to offer - clearer skin. I have had acne since I was 13 and have tried everything under the sun and nothing had worked for me. So besides the weight loss I am also excited to see if this will help me with my skin. I live the the East Coast so supposedly it will take about 3-5 business days (I think) for me to the stuff. I am planning to start it on the weekend just for precaution sake. If I suffer from any of the vomiting or sleeplessness then at least it will be on the weekend and not weekday. Well I will be keeping this blog on my fave at work and at home to keep reading the incoming responses and etc. Thank you all for both your positive and negative feedback on this product. Good to us all. |

for all of you who had gas and bloating or loose stools...the senna in orovo is a laxative....along with the herbs in it that are diuretics...I'd say the weight loss comes from mostly water...which is not a good thing because for 1 it is not good to risk the dehydration and for 2 your muscles need glucagon for fuel and to get it into the muscles it needs water(which is a good thing because the better your muscles work the more fat you burn)...so any diet or supplement that causes fast weight loss is due to water loss and is not necessarily a good thing. I've tried so many things, diet and supplement wise, but the best thing I have found so far is a glycemic impact type diet such as the Zone, ediets' glycemic impact diet or Bill Phillips Eating for Life. |

Hello - I ordered Orovo Original and the 7 DFB. Today is day 1. So far so good. Taking all those pills was rough at first and drinking 32 oz of water in one sitting wasn't easy either. I'm really hoping this works because I've tried all kinds of diet pills and none really worked well for me.
Here is my situation. I'm 26 and I have more than a few lbs to lose (at least 50, preferrably more). I work full time 60 hrs a week. I'm also in grad school. Between my desk job and the incredible amount of time I have to spend reading, researching, and writing, I've become pretty sedentary. It is hard to even find time to work out. I'm going to try to squeeze in a few to help with the pills. If I see success on these in the first month, I will continue to purchase both the Original and the 7 DFB on a regular basis until I reach my goal. Has anyone tried the Orovo Extreme? If so, did you have success? Was it worth the amount of money it costs? As for diet, I'm following weight watchers.
I will keep you all posted on my progress. I think it is great you have formed your own support group.
Wish me luck! |

I am soooo glad I found this forum! I am so sick of the one-sided, fake posts from obvious Orovo competitors! Biotch hunter you make me laugh, I LOVE reading your posts! I haven't seen any recent ones from you lately so I hope you are doing AWESOME!!! I have been taking OROVO for a year now and I LOVE IT!!!! I am 5'1 and down to 110 lbs (i have 3 little ones too!) I take the original OROVO regularly and decided to take OROVO Detox and WOW....LOVE IT! I lost 3 lbs in 1 day! I am just trying to maintain my weightloss so I only take the detox 1 week/month and now I take OROVOX, it is the OROVO juice. It doesn't taste bad, it is better tasting than other drinks like Monavie, and Xango though. For all the ingredients that are in it, it tastes good but Im glad you only need 3 oz, its not something I would casually drink:) For those paying $100's of dollars you should join and get the products at wholesale. One product I tried and I absolutely LOVE is Nootropedelic. You only take it 1-2 times a week and I feel soooo good after taking it, it is WAY better than the anxiety meds I was taking and a lot more affordable too! Take care! I look forward to reading everyone's updates!!! |

Well, it's now been 6 days since my last dose of orovo, I haven't gained any weight back but I still feel like crap most evenings, especially if I haven't eaten totally bland all day. I'm assuming it will take another couple of days for it to finally be gone from my system. I have to say, the results were nice(what little there were since I only took it for a few days) but the hell it put me through was not worth it. Friday night I thought I was going to die I felt so horrible-and that was days after my last pill. For those of you looking in to it-maybe it will adversely affect you and maybe it won't-just keep that in mind when you decide. |

I am going to try Orovo Detox against my better judgement. I am honestly scared. I don't want to feel all cracked-out like I have in the past when trying diet pills. But, I paid for them and will try them. Tomorrow will be day one. I have been dieting for two weeks without using OD and have lost 10 pounds. My weight loss always slows to a crawl after the first two weeks, which is why I am going to use the pills. I hope to continue to lose 5 lbs a week--or more, if the stuff actually works.
I have read most of the comments in this thread, and I am glad that there are other people sharing their experiences. I will try to update regularly with my progress. I seriously doubt that this is a "magic" pill for weight loss. I plan to keep following my eating plan (basically the Weight Watcher's points system) and walking 30-45 minutes daily. I really hope this stuff works. I really hope it doesn't make me feel bad. Most of all, I hope I can sleep at night. I refuse to go without sleep to drop a few extra pounds.
I wish you all luck. I am in the weight loss game for the long run. I need to lose a total of 100 pounds. I started out at 242 and am now 232. Tomorrow is the big day. Orovo Detox day one! |

If you have any more info please post id appriciate anyones help as I am a little skeptical about this pill even working. Thanks!!! Brittany

This post may be premature, but I am so pumped about starting that I couldn't help myself. Since I was so scared about taking these pills, I have decided to start slowly. I took 2 OD about 2 hours ago and drank 20oz water with them. I have also been sipping on another 20oz bottle of H2O. Since then, I have been on the toilet about every 15 minutes, which, honestly, is to be expected when consuming so much water. I don't feel any ill effects. I skipped the coffee this morning, but I feel as though I had them. I'm not jittery, just awake. I don't think I will be taking any more pills today, but I plan to take 2 before breakfast and two before lunch tomorrow. Like I said, I am starting slowly.
About going number 2...I have gone 3 times in 2 hours. Don't let me scare you. I always go 1 or two times after having my morning coffee. I will post tomorrow to tell you if the pooing continues (sorry, but I am going to be completely honest in my posts). I will report anything else unusual that happens as well. I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow, but then I will limit weigh-ins to every three days or so.
Well, I wish everyone luck! This is going to be a long ride.

First of all, thank you to all of you who have been posting your honest comments on here. I monitored this chat for a few weeks before purchasing and it was very helpful to hear the feedback. I am finishing up day two on Detox and have to say, so far so good! I have been drinking 16+ ozs of water with each dosage and have not experienced any nausea or dizziness at all. I am heading to the rest room more than usual, but drinking 40+ ozs of water a day will do that to you. I am waiting for day 4 before weighing in, but will definitely post at that point. My quick summary; I'm 5'6" and have gained 20lbs since my wedding 18 months ago. It's these 20 lbs I'm looking to lose. Besides Detox, I started a workout routine 3 weeks ago and cut my calorie intake to 1500/day vs an average of 2000+/day. I'm also thinking about joining weight watchers at the end of this week as well. I'm a strong believer that it's no just about this pill, but a whole lifestyle change if you're really serious about losing weight. Let's hope it works!

Update: Day 2: I feel much better 2day. Yesterday the only side effects I had were I felt jittery. But I had a ton of energy. I started today and took 4 pills at 6:30am and it is now almost 7:30 no jitters but I still have a lot of energy. The other side effect was I felt a warm sensation throughout the day. I still have that feeling but I dont mind it lol. I am trying to lose at the bare min 15 pounds. yesterday I weighed myself and had lost .6 of a pound. It was my first day. I thought this was odd. Then I weighed again this morning and I gained back that .6 pound I am so confused. I did start a workout program a few weeks ago that I'm trying to stick with. I workout with DDR (for all those who do not know what this is: Dance Dance Revolution) on playstation 2. I love it. theres a workout section on the game that counts how many calories you've burned the amount of miles jogged/danced. I usually do that for 30-60mins depending on how much fun I'm having. after that I do my muscle toning moves. The regulars ab crunches leg lifts squats...Your typical "womans workout" gotta hit all the problem areas. I have found that the bender ball is a great idea. But I went to target and got just a 5 pound weighted ball it works just the same and doubles as a thigh master! Anywho today is my easy day. I'm guna take the baby and the dog for a nice easy walk and then do some stretching afterwards. I will continue to update frequently as I love the blog. |

Oh my God!! I completely forgot to log back in and give you all an update! I did the Orovo Detox, 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 days on and lost wads of weight. I didn't have loads of weight to lose - only about a stone to get me back to a UK size 10 again, but it certainly helped. I didn't have to do any extreme exercise other than walk the dogs and I didn't starve myself either. I just ate sensibly and drank lots of water and I lost about 13lbs in total. I also cut down on my alcohol dramatically! Obviously the minute I got back down to target weight I went on a bender, bought loads of new clothes and then went straight back to my old eating and drinking habits and stopped taking the pills, and so now I'm almost back where I started! Doh! So now it's back to Orovo Detox, dog walking and sensible eating again. I'm also doing the 7DFB too - but 10 pills is still pretty hard to swallow. Although this morning I emptied out all 10 casules into a glass of orange juice, mixed it together and drank it instead. Tasted vile, but easier than trying to neck 10 horse pills!!! I didn't have any sleep problems, and I had plenty of energy. I never felt jittery either, but a bit more bubbly - my hubby said I was more like my old self again! I do think that it works, I was delighted with the results and my skin cleared up too. I will definitely stick with it again this time, and not revert back to my old habits. Orovo Detox all the way baby!! |

Day Two: I had absolutely no ill effects from yesterday's 2 pill dosage. So, I just took 3 pills this morning. I might take two or three more before lunch if all goes well. I checked the scale this morning and was down 1 pound from yesterday. I am not willing to attribute this loss to the pills yet. I will have to see how things go the rest of the week.
The only difference I noticed yesterday was that I became ravenously hungry around dinner time (6:00). I didn't feel hyper. I slept just fine, as well. |

Forgot to mention how starving I was at dinner last night. I didn't really get a lot of cravings throughout the day and was pretty much satisfied with small amounts of food. When dinner hit I felt starving maybe it was from the workout? I'm not sure just wanted to mention that. and I didn't have any problem sleeping at all. In fact I slept better than usual. |

I am on a day 2 of week 3, so it is my back week. I was getting tired on my off week, but didn't loose or gain any weight. I started again yesterday on Orovo Detox and felt energized. I need it to finish my school semester. I was little alarmed yesterday how I am not hungry, which is not good. I did force myself to eat, but didn't eat enough to even make my 1500 calorie/day mark. I was also busy at work and at school, so I didn't have time. I am still thirsty for water. My period was fine last week, I felt the same as always. I am hoping my second off week will not be as bad for energy loss. I am not feeling bad at all this week. I am sticking to the recommended dosage of OD. I really thinks it helps to stick to a low calorie diet while taking Orovo, it works for me and it is easier to follow than when you have cravings. I didn't crave chocolate during my period week at all, just fruit. So far I am very happy with it, but if my off week lacks energy I might change to taking 2 pills twice a day all the time. I will keep posting.

Altho while I was in the research portion of this orovo I did find that there were a lot of fakes out there. People pretending to be from orovo selling the product. Even sending fake emails. I can't remember the site that gave me this info but if I find it I will post. Like I said I think ebay is the way to go and as mama2three and mar stated they also purchased from infodebac. He/She seems to be the best. Good Luck and If you don't get a package soon Id request a refund from that company. |

Kelly 1988 uk: I have used mederma. Its a scar gel which is what stretch marks are. Also Bio-Oil seems to be a great item too. I don't remember the prices on bio-oil but the mederma is like $15.00 for a medium sized tube. of course this is us dollars. and on ebay you can get 2 tubes for 17$ which is a much better deal than buying it in the store. All my friends keep raving about Bio Oil for stretchmarks! I've bought some, even though I have no stretchmarks, and it leaves my skin feeling lovely! Sorry, bit random!
Decided to ditch the 7DFB and just stick to Orovo. Can't handle taking all those pills - tried this morning and felt really sick! Feeling a little light-headed this afternoon, which is odd. Never had that before...
Katy, if you are aged 18, 5'11" tall and weighing in around 11.2 stone, you don't really have to lose weight lady! If you DO lose weight, it would potentially put your BMI into a lower bracket, which could result in serious health issues further down the line. Why would you want to do that to your body?? |

Katy. I am 20 years 5'1 and weight 130. I am overweight for my height. Im currently on day 3 of my orovo detox. The first day I felt a lil jittery but it was nothing awful. I noticed other people having symtoms of excessive bowel movements, the jitters, bursts of energy, nausea, a feeling of being warm and tingley, and excessive thirst. It is now my 3rd day and I have no symtoms at all. Although I think the reason people were feeling nauseas is because they were not drinking enough water. You do have to drink a lot. I recommend 64 oz a day. thats 8oz to each pill. Now every person is different so you could have different side effects. these are just the ones ive noticed to be most common. Good luck to you. |

I never said I wanted to lose 50 pounds I just want to lose enough to feel comfortable in my body again and get to a point where my joints no longer hurt me. as for katy I don't know her personal story. and on your question about the ACV drink, I do not think there is any problem drinking it with the OD. It is all natural substances and should be fine. Although I have heard that women who eat a healthy filling breakfast are more likely to lose weight. Just a lil tid bit of info. Hope it helped. New starter - I agree with you. but I would be happy at 130:) that is my initial goal with OD. I do have breakfast (South Beach Diet - eggs and Canadian Bacon) and I usually drink at least 64 oz of H2O a day. I def know breakfast is very important and I def eat my breakfast. I am also doing South Beach, exercising, ACV and then when my OD comes - then I will add that to my list, oh and Omega III supplements. Read somewhere that it helps you lose weight even in your sleep and drinking milk. Unfortunately, I am lactose intolerant so can't have too much milk. The lactose free milk are too sweet - so yuck. And soy is a little too expensive :) So expensive to eat healthy. :(

I've been taking 4 pills at 630am eating at 7 then taking 4 more pills at 11am and eating by 1130am. As long as you keep with your water intake (about 64oz a day) you should be fine. of course again everyone is different so you might get some different symtoms. but if you feel sick try drinking extra water it might help. |

Has anyone ordered it from orovodirect.com? I was reading some posts saying they ordered their orovo and it never came. I was just wondering if anyone had any problems with ordering from here... |

I'm taking it and am on bc as well. I think its fine because the OD is natural. I ordered off ebay so im not sure of anywhere else. I know TJ uk had a problem from where he ordered. he said it was straight off the orovo site so i'm not sure. I'd give it a little time and if it doesnt come start emailing them like crazy lol. |
