Eating to have a balance internally. Our bodies are supposed to alkaline, and a little acid for body working function.
In todays world too many people are eating too many ACID foods...i.e. soda, empty carbs, sweets, refined foods...all acid. Alkaline foods are fruits, vegetables.
Another very strong element in this is EMOTION...can change the internal PH.
History
Check out lists of alkaline/acid foods. We should be eating 80% alkaline, 20% acid. Unfortunately, it has been reversed in the last 50 years....one reason for such a decline in health in this country.
