Summary
Phentramine is an over-the-counter appetite suppressant herbal diet pill with a name very similar to Phentermine. It contains Hoodia.
Description
It's important to be clear that Phentramine is not Phentermine. Phentramine is not a prescription drug. It's a herbal diet pill you can get over the counter. Clearly, they named and packaged it in a way that makes it seem very similar to well-known prescription medication, but it is not at all the same thing or even similar.
That said, Phentramine is a diet pill and it may work for you. Here are its main ingredients:
Hoodia Gordonii - This is the primary ingredient of Phentramine. Hoodia is a cactus-like plant that grows in Africa. It has been proved to naturally suppress appetite.
Guaraná - This is a stimulant that produces a thermogenic, fat-burning effect as well as a diuretic effect (water lose for quick weight loss).
Chá de Bugre - This another appetite suppressant which is said to be good for muscle development as well.
Ginseng - a popular herbal ingredient that has been around for thousands of years and is believed to have may healthy side-effects (and not bad effects).
Citrus Aurantium - another stimulant with will rev-up your body to burn more calories.
Magnolia bark - is associated with stress and enxiety reducing.
Piper Nigrum - helps you digest and reduce gas, while breaking fat cells down and sweat off calories.
Criticism
The problem with most Hoodia-based diet pills is they just don't contain enough Hoodia to work properly. Hoodia is fairly expensive to produce and the amounts needed to supress appetite are significant.
If Phentramine was really so good, would it need to name itself so similarly to Phentermine?
