| TIFFANY | posted 10-Mar-2011 12:18am Hi, I'm new to this site, but I've been trying to research for myself what and how to loose weight, I did the phen-phen in the 90's and as much as I hate to admit it I ate McDonalds, didn't exercise at all, totally abused it as far as doing ABSOLUTELY nothing but take it. I was like 20yrs. old and would go out drinking and partying and eating, well, when I was hungry cause I barely ever was on lovely phen-phen. Long story short and fast forwarding to today, I'm 33 and have struggled with my weight since phen-phen and Xenedrine RFA1 were all banned and have been barely able to keep weight off with Merida which was now just banned, SIGH.......UGH..............so I was using phentermine 30mg perscribed by my DR. after the Meridia ban and I didn't loose any weight, what my Dr. didn't get was the fact that I was able to maintain my weight and NOT GAIN any during Thanksgiving and Christmas, means it was working, but none the less she won't perscribe it for me anymore, SOOOOOOOOOO I just bought Phentramine HCL 37.5 and my main question is can I use it in combination with Xenedrine EFX the over the counter non ephedra crap they replaced the Xenedrine RFA1 with. I was taking the Xendrine with the phentermine my dr. was perscribing, but can I or SHOULD I take the phentramine HCL and still take the Xenedrine, or am I good and will loose weight on just the Phentramine HCL, also, what is the difference do you people prefer the Phentramine original or the HCL, should I be using it with a ephedra or some of these other combinations that sound very interesting like the ephedra and asprini and I forget the 3rd thing I had been reading about, but thses posts look more recent on the Phentramine HCL, HELP.......HELP...........HELP...........I just need to loose like 20lbs and then maintain that............ |
