In between meals drink one to three tablespoons of sugar in water or one or two tablespoons of extra-light olive oil. Avoid processed foods and high-glycemic index foods (refined grains like pasta, white rice and white bread).
You can eat all you want and you will not be hungry.
History
The author of the book, Seth Roberts, Ph.D, a psychologist and professor, did research to find out why diets always fail. This ultimately lead him to try various techniques to control his appetite. This is when he discovered that simple sugar water or olive oil was all that was needed to suppress appetite and lose weight. He lost 35 pounds in 3 months.
Criticism
The book is vague on many points. Little or no scientific evidence is given. Mostly, testimonials and anecdotes are used.
