Summary

The Master Cleanser diet is also know as the Lemonade diet. It has been around for many decades. It involves fasting to clean out the toxins in your body.

Your intestines can old material in it for months. This cleanse helps you clear all that out.

The cleanse lemon drink formula is all natural. It has not artificial ingredients, no chemicals or additives. With this diet, you can make a clean break from all the unhealthy food that's marketed and sold to us.

I wouldn't aivdce you to do any water fast or veggie fasting weight loss before you start out your lemonade cleanse diet. What i'm worried most is you are not getting enough nutrients and your poor gastric might not be able to take it.It would be much better if you start to consume a low fat diet ,cut down the intake of processed food e.g sausages and proceed to the lemonade diet right after. As far as most dieters are concerned, this diet plan will assist their body to expel the toxins ( it is known that such toxins in our bodies are the key factors for making us overweight)
