Trim-Maxx
SummaryTrim-Maxx is a laxative-based weight-loss and cleansing diet pill (often comes in the form of tea bags). DescriptionTrim-Maxx is made from natural ingredients that cleans your body of toxins and unwanted gas pockets. It's available in different forms, including pills and tea bags. When you first start using Trim-Maxx, it is recommended that you use a smaller, diluted dose. The laxative effect can be strong and can take a little to to get used to. You may get abdominal cramping if you start to fast. Over time you can gradually increase the amount you take for more effectiveness. However, I do get loose stools and diarrhea so would like another alternative to help not only my constipation but also helps weight loss. I would prefer something you can use at night, like the Trim-maxx. Thanks for any help. |

Especially combining exercise with it and cutting back on fried or high carbs foods plus limiting alcohol. The cramping effect is very slight and no diarrhea as yet. It's great stuff! |

This tea helps me go to the restroom daily. I am 23 y/o. I dont drink the tea every nite but i try to drink it at least 4-5 times a week. |

However, becuause i was addicted to it (i was drinking it twice a day) and suddenly stoping drinking it, i stopped going to the bathroom. Not to be nasty but i would sit there for like twenty minutes waiting for something to come out. Eventually it became really painful to the point where i had to go to the hospital and found out that i had hemorriods. |

I am just scared that the pills might loose the affect. Does anyone know if I can use it? I used the tea before, and it is great, however I started taking birth control pills and I am not quite sure if I should continue using the tea. |

| Twink | posted 5-Nov-2009 8:51pm This is a really good tea. I have used it off and on for about 7yrs. I have always had a problem with constipation, but when I drink this tea NO PROBLEMS!!!! If you are getting cramps it's because you're not using enough water to tea. I found that out over the years of using it. But over all I recommend this tea for constipation and weight loss as well. I'm getting ready to start it up again today because I'm on a diet and have not really been having any bowel movements. |

I dont own a scale so i have not been able to tract any weightloss, although i think i look pretty much the same in the mirror. I am using the tea only for weight loss purposes, hopefully in the next couple of weeks i notice a bodily change. For those that are curious about how the tea takes effect, you drink it once at bedtime and about 8-10 hours later, literrally everythings comes out, i guess that will explain how it makes you lose weight. The first time, try not to make it to potent it can definitely cause severe cramping, depending on the person. I downed two potent cups my first time, i had many cramps but they were not as severe as some other first time users. |

I really haven't lost much weight but I like feeling"light" in the beginning of my day. If I don't use it, I usually don't go to the bathroom. Firstly, what is going to happen to us longterm users in a couple of year from now when we have to rely on this stuff? Secondly, are there serious negative longterm effects? |

Cons: Long term use can cause dependaany, a weakened colon. and it may lead to susceptibility of miscarriages! That scares the crap out of me. I will try it tonight myself but very little amount at a time and only once a week to start. I am very scared of becoming to reliant on it plus I am alaready regular anyway. |

| y2kmalone | posted 20-May-2010 1:49am I have use Trim-Maxx tea in the past and it's very good you have to remember that you also have to diet when using this product you should cut out all fatty foods and starches eat more vegetables fruit and lean meats snack on nuts and whole grain fiber products in 2 months i lost 35 pounds but I did exercise too a nice 45-60 min walk a day is good. The taste wasn't so great I put nutria-sweet in mines the best time to take it is at night before you go to bed and by the morning you will go to the bathroom in the beginning you will have some cramping but after a week or 2 it will go away I recommend this product |

I drank a cup last night and felt a little cramping when i woke up the next morning. It worked. I went straight to the bath room and felt so much lighter and refreshed. I will drink this tea every day at night for the next month. I am sure I will loose my target weight of 10 pounds. |

I've gone to the bathroom once,but I have a feeling I will have to go again. I was fearing the cramps, but htey were really mild. I feel good. I'll continue exercising and watching what I eat, so will see how the tea will enhance my weight loss. |

As for becoming dependant on it- totally NOT TRUE if u eat whole foods, such as fruits and veggies- no processed foods.. When you are ready to stop this tea, simply continue healthy eating habits and within 2 days or so your body will eliminate on its own. |

This is something to be used no more than twice a week so that you body will not become dependent. Remember eat a salad every day and ALWAYS eat a vegetable like corn, broccoli, collard greens or carrots with every carb and meat you eat. This is the secret to training your body to defecate on its own. Remember if you use the tea all the time you will definitely become dependent on it like any other drug. |

I am trying it again because i need to drop some lbs after 2 years of just eating and no exercise. Yes it cause cramping in the beginning but after a while i did not have any more cramping. After losing weight i continued to use it once a week. The lemon flavor is the best. |

If you stick to a healthy diet and cut out alcohol you will lose weight..I've been using trimaxx on and off for a couple of years...gained weight because I started abusing alocohol...I no longer drink alcohol daily and I eat healthy and excersise..haven't weighed myself in a few days but I know I lost something... P.S. If you're trying to lose weight stick to a good diet plan and excercise along with drinking the tea every night until you reach your desired weight goal' |

I was advised to not make it very potent make sure your using the right amount of water. I'm about to start trimaxx to lose weight.
